Guests favor this Residence Inn for its home-like atmosphere, kitchen facilities, and proximity to work, shopping, and Forest Park. While many praise the friendly staff and recently renovated rooms, issues have been reported regarding slow room-change procedures for maintenance problems and an inconsistent housekeeping standard regarding missed trash under the bed.

4 months agoNice room equip will all the stuff need for a 2 weeks stay. Friendly staff. The air condition unit which is located near the bed is a bit noisy.

about 1 year agoGreat place and location. Home away from home for us! I have stayed here several times now and we've never had a bad experience. Rooms are freshly renovated and I truly enjoyed my fireplace. This place is close to shopping , work and my favorite; forest park. Thank you staff and management team for taking care of us.

about 1 year agoFor business travel in the region this is a great place. Kitchenette avoids the high cost for eating out and tipping, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and reception personnel are very friendly and helpful. The small renovations last year are noticed and appreciated, keep that up!

over 1 year agoWhat a homey feeling stay I had here! The rooms are nice, clean and relatively current. Typical Residence Inn, you get a kitchen, living room, bedroom in a studio-style floor plan plus a bathroom alcove. The bathroom splits itself between the sink, closet area and the shower, toilet area with a door which I like. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for any need I had. They told me it's going to change to card operated system, but for the month I was there, the use of the laundry machine was free! The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Not terrible, but also not to die for. It was just what I needed before reporting to the office every morning. Next time you need to stay an extended period, try staying here instead of a traditional single-room hotel.

over 1 year agoNice hotel. A few suggestions and feedback... It's a best practice to make sure the toilet (at a minimum) is working before you rent out a room. Toilet not working upon arrival. Fix request, and the eventually room move, was clunky and slow (they were aware we were on a tight schedule). We asked for a room change from the beginning. Housekeeping should also be made aware of how to better navigate their do not disturb magnets when placed on the outside of the door in plain view. Otherwise, rooms are clean and mostly well kept (the candy and food snacks left under the bed by previous guest(s) could stand a little deep cleaning once in a while). Good kitchen (well equipped). Staff was nice. Comfortable bed (medium firm). Good place for short and long term stays.
