I travel for work, I stay in only Residence Inn, this hotel is recently renovated, rooms are very nice, quite. Internet could be better but once it gets going, 30 second delay sometimes, it works just fine after that. Laundry is a different story, had an issue with the machines charging my credit card and not working. Still waiting on a refund from the hotel? I strongly suggest getting a money card from the front desk, this way you loose there money not yours. Location is really good to highway. Update: Andea, the general manager of the hotel, took care of the issue and my refund is on its way, great job. Quick response! I'll be booking again at this hotel, it's nice to know they care!

The people here provided quality customer service! The woman who checked on swing shift (whose name I don't know) and AJ who was quick to jump up and help us ASAP! Super kind and super helpful! Best hotel service I've ever had. Thank you for being so kind!

The whole complex is built like apartment buildings. Air conditioner was struggling and rattled the vents. A large grass spider was running around the room until we could finally kill it. Bathroom layout is weird. Can barely step in the door and close it. Also, the main door has a large gap at the bottom. This does not open to an inner hallway.

Very decent and clean space to stay for 3-4 days, my only complaint: this place is ridiculous with the amount of keycard entries you need. For instance, all the bathrooms are locked so if you have an emergency but don’t have your key you can’t get in. Key card to get into the pool, but then also a keycard to get into the pool bathrooms when you’re already in your bathing suit? Alcatraz! Also, AC in room locks at 68. Can’t even get me down to 65 in the summer? Sheesh

Nice extended stay hotel, very well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful. The location offers many entertainment and shopping options.

Nice room equip will all the stuff need for a 2 weeks stay. Friendly staff. The air condition unit which is located near the bed is a bit noisy.

Great place and location. Home away from home for us! I have stayed here several times now and we've never had a bad experience. Rooms are freshly renovated and I truly enjoyed my fireplace. This place is close to shopping , work and my favorite; forest park. Thank you staff and management team for taking care of us.

For business travel in the region this is a great place. Kitchenette avoids the high cost for eating out and tipping, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and reception personnel are very friendly and helpful. The small renovations last year are noticed and appreciated, keep that up!

What a homey feeling stay I had here! The rooms are nice, clean and relatively current. Typical Residence Inn, you get a kitchen, living room, bedroom in a studio-style floor plan plus a bathroom alcove. The bathroom splits itself between the sink, closet area and the shower, toilet area with a door which I like. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for any need I had. They told me it's going to change to card operated system, but for the month I was there, the use of the laundry machine was free! The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Not terrible, but also not to die for. It was just what I needed before reporting to the office every morning. Next time you need to stay an extended period, try staying here instead of a traditional single-room hotel.

Nice hotel. A few suggestions and feedback... It's a best practice to make sure the toilet (at a minimum) is working before you rent out a room. Toilet not working upon arrival. Fix request, and the eventually room move, was clunky and slow (they were aware we were on a tight schedule). We asked for a room change from the beginning. Housekeeping should also be made aware of how to better navigate their do not disturb magnets when placed on the outside of the door in plain view. Otherwise, rooms are clean and mostly well kept (the candy and food snacks left under the bed by previous guest(s) could stand a little deep cleaning once in a while). Good kitchen (well equipped). Staff was nice. Comfortable bed (medium firm). Good place for short and long term stays.
