The Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton receives generally positive reviews, praised for its clean, modern design, convenient location, and friendly staff. While valued for its price and amenities, some guests have experienced issues with room comfort and service consistency, particularly regarding room cleanliness and breakfast options.
Nice location and clean hotel. Rooms were a usual Tru room. Team was very friendly. Was able to print work forms easily in business area. Not a fan of how Tru is not putting coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms - it's a hassle to have to get dressed to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee 1st thing in the morning. Breakfast is typical Hilton fare - would love to see some new options.
The location and vibe of the hotel are good for anyone stopping by the area. It is not as suitable for a longer stay due to not having a microwave/small fridge and about 90% of closest the parking being for compact vehicles. There is also no use in trying to sleep in here as you begin hearing noise starting at 7am. There’s a few vegetarian and dairy free options at breakfast but not as many vegan options. I appreciated the staff, media selections available on the tv, and water/ice filling station.
My stay at Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton was definitely the right choice. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. I really liked the stylish, loft-style room—everything felt brand new. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, which is similar to older hotels but with a much better experience. On the lower floors, they have a pool and games area, which is a nice bonus, especially for families. As a mom traveling with my son, I overslept and unfortunately missed breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food. However, it would be great if they could extend breakfast hours until 10:00 AM. We came down at 9:30, and everything was already cleaned up. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back.
After traveling for 12 hours, we were looking for a place to rest and unwind. This place was honestly the best spot for it! The staff were awesome! They strive to go above and beyond to make your stay as peaceful and stress free. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. They have a snack and hot beverage bar if you ever had the late night munchies. Breakfast was also so good! They had a nice selection and my kids LOVED the pancake bar. They could see the pancake cooking through the glass. Our whole stay was definitely 5/5. Highly recommend this place ??
This is a nice, new hotel, but the customer service is horrendous. I stayed at the Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton for one night on 6/23/25. During my stay I accidentally left a pair of Xero Speed Force black sneakers in my room. This pair of shoes is valued at $100. I called the next day and inquired about my shoes. I ended up speaking with several different employees and no one could account for the missing shoes. I also called a week after my stay to check again. Once again I was told the shoes were not found. I wore the shoes from the airport to the hotel and the next day I wore running shoes to work. I searched my home and car multiple times. The shoes were 100% left in the hotel room!
Pros. Clean, modern, well built. The service, breakfast, and value are great. I stayed in odd numbered room; this was the quietest hotel stay I have ever known. Cons. Small room, extremely soft mattress
Our go-to hotel when grandma comes to visit and other family. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. It's in a great location and easy to get in and out of. Great amenities. Coffee machine in the morning is perfect for a good, calm cup before heading out to face the day. Friendly staff and easy check in.
All our expectations weremet or exceded at this value hotel. Clean, friendly, basic but functional furnishings at a very good price. The common area in invitin, including a pool table for a quick game or two. We would stay here again without hessitation.
Overall it was a fairly good experience, and value was good. The hotel is new and location central. I was able to preselect a room, and check in online which was nice. On the minus side I thought the mattress was too soft. Also, for the light sleepers, you want a room with an odd number, because those with even numbers face route 8 and are subject to road noise. I had trouble falling asleep and woke up early because of motorcycle noise.
My daughter and I came to visit the area for the first time. We love Hilton Hotels and chose this location because it was centrally located, new and very reasonable. All staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than expected; Lilia kept everything stocked and cleaned. They have this cute pancake maker that reminds me of an easy bake oven - you can watch the pancakes being cooked and they were really tasty. The decor was really cute as well. We really loved everything about it! We were at the airport headed home when a staff member called us to tell us that they found a pair of AirPods in our room!!! They offered to send them to us and they mailed them to us that day! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
