This is a nice, new hotel, but the customer service is horrendous. I stayed at the Tru by Hilton Aloha Beaverton for one night on 6/23/25. During my stay I accidentally left a pair of Xero Speed Force black sneakers in my room. This pair of shoes is valued at $100. I called the next day and inquired about my shoes. I ended up speaking with several different employees and no one could account for the missing shoes. I also called a week after my stay to check again. Once again I was told the shoes were not found. I wore the shoes from the airport to the hotel and the next day I wore running shoes to work. I searched my home and car multiple times. The shoes were 100% left in the hotel room!

Pros. Clean, modern, well built. The service, breakfast, and value are great. I stayed in odd numbered room; this was the quietest hotel stay I have ever known. Cons. Small room, extremely soft mattress

Our go-to hotel when grandma comes to visit and other family. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. It's in a great location and easy to get in and out of. Great amenities. Coffee machine in the morning is perfect for a good, calm cup before heading out to face the day. Friendly staff and easy check in.

All our expectations weremet or exceded at this value hotel. Clean, friendly, basic but functional furnishings at a very good price. The common area in invitin, including a pool table for a quick game or two. We would stay here again without hessitation.

My daughter and I came to visit the area for the first time. We love Hilton Hotels and chose this location because it was centrally located, new and very reasonable. All staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was better than expected; Lilia kept everything stocked and cleaned. They have this cute pancake maker that reminds me of an easy bake oven - you can watch the pancakes being cooked and they were really tasty. The decor was really cute as well. We really loved everything about it! We were at the airport headed home when a staff member called us to tell us that they found a pair of AirPods in our room!!! They offered to send them to us and they mailed them to us that day! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient not too far from Portland and close to Walmart, Target, and plenty of restaurants. The area is quiet but cozy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was great really loved the cool pancake machine!The hotel also has a laundry room and a fitness area, which made our stay even more comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

The room is great, i liked the cushioned luggage bench. breakfast is my fav, especially the pancake maker & silk drinks. wish there was fresh cut mixed fruit, like watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe & papaya. It'd be nice if there was a smoothie maker with a menu of fresh flavors with add-ons like collagen, protein & energy. love that there's a pool table downstairs & filtered water station. I would rate them 5 stars if the pillow cases were freshly laundered. They smelled like they were used. They also didn't have slippers available when I inquired for some. The breakfast area needs trays to take breakfast to the room. Also helpful if guest service would tell what is available upon check-in, face wash, razor, shave cream, headband, eye masks, robe...

I stayed at Hilton Tru Beaverton Aloha for four nights while visiting Oregon with my mother-in-law, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location, and it truly made traveling east and west so accessible. The area felt very central, safe, and easy to navigate. The hotel itself is bright, clean, and welcoming. Our room—and the entire property—was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a nice variety to start the day. What stood out most was the staff. Every front desk team member greeted us warmly and offered help whenever we needed it. Special kudos to Blake, who went above and beyond to help troubleshoot our TV with such kindness and patience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
