Room was spacious & clean. We love BW, stay several times a year & will continue to do so, but this time the breakfast was very poor & the lady serving couldn't have cared less. Surprising, because the service is usually top notch.

Friendly staff, the rooms are decent, could use a better fridge considering many tradesman have to stay when away. The breakfast is nice...the manager actually called and asked where it could be improved and BAM, we have bacon! Nice customer service!

Every couple months I stay here with my daughter and grandson. We love it. Kevin at the front desk is always ready to greet us and makes us feel welcome. The rooms are always clean and spacious. We enjoy the pool and hot tub which are well maintained and clean. Breakfast in the morning gives plenty of options for cereal and hot food. Make a waffle or enjoy scrambled eggs that actually taste great. I look forward to staying here and my grandson loves grandma's house with a pool. ? nice gym if your into that. Washers/dryers are clean and work well. Relax and enjoy the stay.

Good: easy to access. Clean. Kevin at the front desk is a star! Friendly and helpful. Came right up when the AC wouldn't work. Bad: breakfast is...fine. OK variety but often cheap and sugary. You can assemble something slightly healthy if you try. The lady preparing everything was busy but did everything with a smile and kept everything clean. We didn't use the pool, but I can see the appeal if you have time.

One of the best!! The staff is outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. Location is amazing. Way to go. When I come to town this is the ONLY PLACE ILL STAY.

It was our first time staying at this Best Western. I travel with 3 kids so this one is a good one to stay in. Its got the pool, hot tub and Gym. We mostly travel for sports so those those 3 are key for us. We will stay here again for our next trip down.

Stayed on 12/13 and my husband was bitten by bed bugs! Went to urgent care to confirm. The only place we stayed except for home was at BW Northwind Inn. I emailed photos and urgent care receipt to GM and have heard NOTHING BACK. Not even an apology. We incurred stress, anxiety, excessive cleaning at home and a medical bill due to this one night stay. Will NEVER stay here again. It's unfortunate as we are Diamond Select BW me.bers and stay frequently at BW ad have never gotten bit by bed bugs. Disgusting and the lack of concern by the hotel management is even more disgusting. My RESPONSE TO BW RESPONSE BELOW: Hello, To clarify, we stayed at your hotel (my husband and myself) on 12/13 for one-night in room 128. We returned home and enjoyed our overnight stay at this point. No bumps had shown up on my husband and if you look it up and speak with an MD you will see that bed bug bites dont show up for around 14 days. Our first stay was about 14 days prior. No symproms appeared for at least 10 to 12 days. We decided to stay again on 12/31 to 1/2 and bring our grandson. My husband had been complaining of itching on his shoulder and neck for a few days at this point. We didn't think much of it until the bumps fully appeared which was during our second stay. When we got home we decided he should go to urgent care to get them looked at as they were getting worse. The doctor confirmed they were bed bug bites and likely happened a couple weeks ago. After he returned home from urgent care I contacted BW via several email addresses, one being an address directly from Northwoods inn and to customer service notifying of the problem we discovered AFTER the second stay AND AFTER SEE8NG DR TO CONFIRM. I included urgent care receipt and photos. Customer service created a ticket. Up until we figured out what happened we did not have an issue with BW Northwoods Inn. We stay at BW Plus frequently but have NEVER experienced bed bug bites in all of our travels. Thank you, We will not he staying there again unfortunately.

I travel for my work and stay in hotels. I have to say this is the nicest Best Western that I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and service was great. They have every amenity you could ask for and the breakfast was great with a great selection.

The nice clean rooms. ice machine, fresh water, coffee/expresso machine, delicious breakfast with many choices. Why stay anywhere else? I know where I am staying next time. Thank you, to all the friendly and helpful staff that makes this a great stay!

Clean , well lit rooms and hallways. Nice staff. I enjoyed their coffee, chocolate drinks that were available near the lobby.
