Had a breakdown needed a room fast at 3:00am. Alicia was understanding and very nice and booked me a room.Gia on check out was amazing and thank you Lupa for a super clean room. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding at a property up the road. This was one of our favorite Hampton Inn experiences! Some highlights: 1. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We appreciated the warmth and humor displayed by all we interacted with. 2. Easy location to navigate around locally. We rented a car for the trip, and this hotel is nestled in the heart of wine country. Before going to the wedding festivities, we headed to a winery with a beautiful view of Mt. Hood that was within 15 minutes of the property. The Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge is also about 5-10 minutes from the property, and is stunning. The property also connects to a great running/walking trail. 3. The room was very, very spacious and clean. We were impressed with the facilities. Though the pool was under maintenance on our first day, it reopened on our second day of the stay- and it was refreshing to be able to use it. (We stayed mid-July so it was hot!)

We stayed here for a week while visiting family. Hotel was super clean, all staff were so friendly and welcoming, lots of delicious breakfast options, beds were comfortable, and the gym had lots of equipment options as well. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Too much street noise. Very loud. Service was good, clean rooms i am so glad that I have my ear plugs.

The room is very clean and accommodating. The bed is perfect. The staff are wonderful , the housekeepers do a great job . Please remember to tip them , they deserve it and they work hard. Will definitely be back . I stayed for 5 nights for work , the breakfast is good , plenty of options.

Our room had a very stale smell in it. Seemed very humid in the room. Breakfast was very good, except the powdered eggs. Stay away from the powdered eggs. Probably the worst I've ever had. But, plenty of other options, so no big deal.

Clean, simple and fresh hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast workers did an excellent job. That really good breakfast made our stay.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Sherwood Oregon is Amazing! The location is outstanding and very convenient to Wine Country. My family rented the conference room at this location for my Fathers Celebration of Life. It was a great space. The staff was amazing welcoming and helpful. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about our experience with the Hampton Inn Sherwood. I would absolutely 100 percent recommend the Hampton Inn for your next celebration.

I’ve been staying at the Hampton Inn Sherwood and this stay has been phenomenal! The staff is always welcoming, Lisa, Amara, Gia, Lorenzo, Mei Ling and the GM Alex are truly the heart of hospitality. Breakfast is always delicious and the location is prime. Stores and nearby restaurants make this hotel very convenient. Kudos to the housekeeping team as well. My room is always clean and smelling fresh! Rocio, Jorge and Yorleni are all excellent. Thank you Sherwood for this hidden gem! Keep up the great work Alex!!! You have a great hotel and a wonderful team.

Stayed here with my partner while visiting my parents, and it was a great experience. We had a spill in the room, and Jorge, who I later found out was the housekeeping manager, was amazing. He brought us extra towels right away and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. It’s those little touches that make a big difference. Definitely would stay here again next time we’re in town!
