Beautiful landscaping. Very clean facilities. They even have a pet laundry separate from their regular laundry! We would stay here again gladly, but maybe get a back-in instead of a pull-through, because our rig is 62 ft and we had to turn our truck diagonal to barely fit it in there. They are dog friendly.

Beautiful park! Feels like you’re in the country but you’re really not! Close to eateries and shopping! Sites are a bit close together but everyone has trees and green grass and very quiet at nite! Very nice ? park as well.

Excellent park with lots of clean amenities. The staff are all fantastic—super friendly and helpful. Showers and restrooms updated and beautiful. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor play structure keeps kids happy and active. There’s a large Family room style indoor gathering place excellent laundry, small workout room and really comfy outdoor patio seating. Enclosed off leash dog area is great for the fur babies—clean with fresh drinking water and double locking gates. Dog poop bag stations are all over the park so you rarely see any messes left out and about. Multiple places to drop off garbage so no one ever tends to let theirs accumulate by the side of the RV. Gorgeous hanging flower baskets, shrubs and landscaping. They keep the place colorful and inviting. Close to I-5 si you can hear the highway but far enough away that the sound is not loud or intrusive. Costco and a few chain restaurants across the street and a Fred Meyer the next exit south on I-5 make this a convenient location for picking up what you need. Check out nearby Wilsonville’s Memorial park or Tualatin’s Browns Ferry park if you have a smaller vehicle to get there. Both of these are a short drive and offer scenic walks featuring woods and rivers. Overall this is a really great RV park in an awesome location.

I’d give 100 stars if I could ?? We just stayed here for 9 days, and it was absolutely amazing. We came from Washington and were having trouble finding a campground we felt safe in. Sun outdoors felt extremely safe. Not a single broken down trailer or motorhome in sight. The campground is spotless and very well maintained. The grounds are impeccable, and you can tell the staff truly cares about keeping everything beautiful and welcoming. They have every amenity you could need. The laundry facility was very clean, the showers were spotless and free to use, and the pool was perfect. The covered fire pits were an amazing place for family to gather. My toddler loved the playset. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and are helpful 100% of the time. One thing we really appreciated was that they even fill your propane tanks for you if you set them out in front of your trailer, such a convenient touch. Another huge plus was the location. It’s directly across the street from Costco and Target, which made grabbing groceries, supplies, and anything we forgot incredibly convenient. This is the perfect place for a family getaway, and we will definitely be staying here again. Worth every dime!

Narrow spaces with hardly no room for any outdoor setup. Really nice pool and hot tub. Bring extra sewer hose, it took 2 to hookup for us. They add an extra $30 resort fee to the base price. I consider it average and over priced with a resort fee. Good location off the highway and across the street is a Costco.

This is a great Rv Resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The park is very clean and full of amenities, including a separate laundry room for pet beds. My only issue is the sites are quite small, no tables or picnic tables. There’s not enough room in our site to put our mats and chairs out. The sites also have a problem with water pooling in the driveway, this tends to get muddy. Nice park but overpriced. For the high price I would expect a few more services like trash pick up and weekly events.

They do a great job landscaping and keeping it nice here. Its clean and the staff is friendly. Love the location, across the street from Costco, Target and many shops and places to eat.

Overall good. Laundry is an issue..multiple machines don't work, mold and hair in the washer rubber seal, and paid for dryer that did not get hot. I find at RV parks it's rare to find good laundry machines and dryers....its best to find a laundromat nearby instead.

We have stayed here several times and each time we are pleased with staying. I will say that this time we had terrible WiFi and I think it was because the RV Park was very full and a lot of people streaming? Was a bit of a drag as we had our grandsons and we couldn’t watch any shows on the TV due to buffering. I would stay there again so other than that it is well maintained and very centrally located.
