No worries at this Hampton Inn. Do be sure if you call that you are talking with the front desk. Not an AI. This Hampton Inn is very clean, comfortable beds, and an excellent breakfast. The coffee is hot and very good, so drink up.

Front desk staff was helpful. Room was fine, spacious. Location was great! Free breakfast was a plus and decent. Parking good although a modest nightly extra charge. Perfectly suitable for my work stop over. All around the hotel was very clean, odor free and comfortable. The bathroom in my room had a few stray hairs that I noticed but nothing I’d make complaint about- just being honest. Near plenty of restaurants so that’s a huge plus.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! My husband booked a stay and clicked the wrong weekend. We did use TripAdvisor to do so- we call them right away and the hotel to change just the date. We didn’t want money back or anything. We would even switch rooms so we could make it for a family wedding. We were lied to about what was available by both this hotel manager as well as trip advisor. BEWEAR- do not give this place your money. It’s joke and I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service

Bad stay. The teams staying at the hotel were extremely loud, and there was a staff member during breakfast being disruptive, speaking loudly and sitting on the counter, which was not professional. Additionally, charging for parking outside of the city is unreasonable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the first and last night, of our Oregon coast trip. It is clean, updated and everyone was friendly. We had a king room and the bed was very comfy! I used the Hilton app to check-in, pick my room and for my key. All worked great! Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Loved the pillows. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff was excellent.

Beware hidden fees!!! They charge $12 for parking (seriously?? This is a HOTEL of course people have cars) and an absurd $57 pet fee. Neither of these are listed when booking from other sites so we found out upon arrival that it was 2x the price we expected.

I had originally booked the Embassy Suites assuming they could accommodate my elderly mother with an accessible room and a swimming pool. The room was very small and the pool was closed with no notification during the booking process. My mother comes up to spend time with her great grand children and was very upset. We went next door to the Hampton Inn and they were very kind and accommodating. So much so we rebooked for later in the week.

We had a bomb under our ROOM and the staff let everyone else leave but me and my kids!!! They told us it was safe. It wasn't till I saw SMOKE I called 911. They got us out then n there..... I want a refund times 3.
