Bad stay. The teams staying at the hotel were extremely loud, and there was a staff member during breakfast being disruptive, speaking loudly and sitting on the counter, which was not professional. Additionally, charging for parking outside of the city is unreasonable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on the first and last night, of our Oregon coast trip. It is clean, updated and everyone was friendly. We had a king room and the bed was very comfy! I used the Hilton app to check-in, pick my room and for my key. All worked great! Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Loved the pillows. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff was excellent.

Very nice hotel for the price point. Clean spacious room. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items.

Beware hidden fees!!! They charge $12 for parking (seriously?? This is a HOTEL of course people have cars) and an absurd $57 pet fee. Neither of these are listed when booking from other sites so we found out upon arrival that it was 2x the price we expected.

I had originally booked the Embassy Suites assuming they could accommodate my elderly mother with an accessible room and a swimming pool. The room was very small and the pool was closed with no notification during the booking process. My mother comes up to spend time with her great grand children and was very upset. We went next door to the Hampton Inn and they were very kind and accommodating. So much so we rebooked for later in the week.

We had a bomb under our ROOM and the staff let everyone else leave but me and my kids!!! They told us it was safe. It wasn't till I saw SMOKE I called 911. They got us out then n there..... I want a refund times 3.

BEWARE!!!! They charge $12 per car for parking. Ridiculous! I have only paid for parking in big downtown crowded cities. It was clean! Bed & pillow were comfortable. Rooms are bizarrely decorated. Old pictures and modern art. Pick one theme but not both. Breakfast - oatmeal was raw and watery- completely not cooked. Worst oatmeal I've ever tried to eat. Everything else was soso like a normal hotel breakfast. They said miso soup & rice but no soup.

Room was dirty, bathroom door was splashed with yellow stains and they were not decor. Shower was dirty and had hair on the tub not on the drain. To top it off no microwave in room and fridge was not working, We stayed there for 4 days and they were able to get a working fridge to the room. if you are not on business you are greeted with attitude. they can see if you book through a 3rd party and they give you the worst room on that. I have stayed in many by Hilton hotels and this one is the worst.

Hard to locate, but nice once you get there. The front desk was very helpful. Room was clean, lots of amenities. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied.
