4 months agoThe location is quite convenient, with easy access from the US-26 exit. Front desk service was smooth throughout my stay. They acknowledged my elite status and offered a choice of welcome gift, though there was no complimentary room upgrade. The room itself is not large, and the vanity is fairly small, but both are acceptable for a short stay. Breakfast is decent and includes the standard Fairfield offerings, except for fresh-made waffles. A nice touch is that the coffee station remains available even after breakfast hours. Overall, this is a solid option for a short stay.

5 months agoHad a comfortable stay here, especially loved the shower booth. Breakfast was better than expected too, despite being worried after reading the reviews. Great choice overall if you have a car.

5 months agoThe staff were great! Hanna who works the morning breakfast, was phenomenal! Due to a fall i have temporary mobility challenges. Without me asking she helped me with everything. She was kind and compassionate.

6 months agoThe hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was freezing cold. Breakfast was fine.

8 months agoVery Nice. Very Clean. Front Desk manned by folks who " really" appreciate the consumer!!!! Breakfast very acceptable. Will continue to " book with Marriott"!!!

8 months agoThe staff were friendly but not so helpful and least responsive. They helped me in talking points but not actual solving stuff. It’s been while being elite member, but they couldn’t do basic regarding room, internet service ( despite paying premium, it sucked like:- 30 sec into movie it buffered then again after 1/2 min same stuff, tv and internet didn’t work)

10 months agoThe room is a bit old. It feels clean, but there’s some odor. I wasn’t expecting any service, but the staff weren’t particularly friendly — more like robots.

11 months agoMore of a “single man traveling” hotel. Room is fine but found spiders and spiderwebs. Pool was ok, but had so much chlorine that I had to leave after ten minutes and I didn’t even get in the pool, just hung out with the family - one kid got a rash from the chemicals. The bathroom is one of those separate ones, stand up shower and toilet in one room and the tiny sink and hangers right next to the door. It’s fine, but definitely not made for or by women.
