I stayed at this Extended Stay hotel for two weeks, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the very first day, the smell throughout the common areas was overwhelming. The hallways, stairwells, and elevators smelled like urine, dirty animals, and garbage. The entire property felt filthy and poorly maintained. I was shocked that a hotel could be kept in this condition. When we entered the room, the smell somehow got even worse. The room itself was extremely outdated, cramped, dirty, and clearly neglected. The refrigerator was old, broken inside, and smelled so bad that it was difficult to even store food in it. There were stains and dirt all over the floor, and I ended up cleaning parts of the room myself because it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathroom was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub and even on the towels, which also smelled terrible. The water pressure was almost nonexistent, and getting hot water was nearly impossible. Most showers were barely even warm. The bed was another nightmare. It was unbelievably uncomfortable — like sleeping directly on a hardwood floor. After two weeks there, I could barely sleep and woke up sore almost every day. Noise was constant at all hours. You could hear doors slamming, people stomping around, and loud activity from other rooms all night long. There was absolutely no peace or quiet. The staff was also extremely disappointing. They were unhelpful, difficult to deal with, and rarely had basic supplies available. Towels were constantly unavailable, and asking for toilet paper felt like asking for a huge favor. The advertised breakfast was basically nonexistent. Most days there was nothing available except cold coffee — if there was coffee at all. Even then, there was usually no creamer or sugar. No snacks, no real breakfast, nothing close to what is advertised. To make matters worse, garbage for guests was kept near the stairwell areas, making the smell even more unbearable. I avoided using the stairs entirely because the odor was so overwhelming. Every time I left my room, I practically rushed outside just to breathe fresh air. This hotel desperately needs deep cleaning, renovations, and major improvements in management and customer service. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this property.

Over all staff was super nice and helpful. Clover the lady at the front desk was who checked us in, she made things super easy was very professional and kind. You could tell in the parking lot there was a few shady characters but never felt unsafe leaving my car there. Was not anything super fancy but that's expected from an extended stay. Rooms were clean and big. If I had to say one bad thing was when I first got there it had a weird smell... Not bad just weird but I either got used to it or it went away.

The manager and staff were always friendly and considerate. We stayed there for an extended amount of time and they took every concern of ours seriously. The cleaning staff did a great job as well. The location is close and walkable to stores, restaurants, the freeway, medical facilities, family entertainment, and public transportation without being on a loud main road. Behind the hotel is a pretty creek and walking trail. We will defenitly stay there again when we are back in the area.

We almost stayed in ESA for more than 65 days , as mentioned it’s my another home. We stayed with my 18month old who loves to explore and roam around. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. When talking about the rooms it’s amazing. Especially the renovated rooms are so nice and beautiful which gives a vibrant feeling. Kitchen and laundry all under 1 roof. One word to explain, extended stay America in Eider court is pleasant and beautiful.

I was so impressed with the help and customer service of the employees at this location. I was in quite a stressful situation and needed a place to stay. They accommodated myself and my family along with kindness. Clover was very professional and extremely friendly when checking me in she was able to give me places I could go to shop and eat. Nina who I believe is the manager of this location was extremely busy but still took the time to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Solid extended-stay hotel with everything you need. The in-room kitchen is very convenient, the rooms are decent and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There are lots of food places nearby and shopping malls close by, which makes the location really convenient. The area is quiet and respectful. You get what you pay for, and for the price, it’s a good place to stay. Would recommend for longer stays.

Brenda is just the best. Very helpful and if she doesn't know she will find the answer. Basic customer service skills but not to so basic. Goes above and beyond being helpful. Emma is awesome. Thoughtful and considerate of all of your needs and wants. Just the best group of people.

Management just does not care! Dog poop in hallway, sofa bed mattress was stained and filthy,(could not use). The phone was grossly dirty and had old food stuck to it , no hair dryer that worked after requesting one 3 days prior. I could go on. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

I’d like to start off my review by saying the staff is Excellent and very Polite but it does not compensate for the Nasty smell the rooms have. The Hallways smell like Lemon ? while the rooms smell like Dog?. Also room 336 definitely has cocoa roaches in the shower and in the room, the air felt sticky . I will never be staying here again this is a honest REVIEW for anyone wanting to stay here maybe other rooms are clean but not room 336. I’m convinced I should of slept in my car or a motel when I experienced the conditions of this Hotel.
