The Extended Stay America – Portland Beaverton Eider Court receives mixed reviews, with consistent praise for the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Nina and Pam. However, significant cleanliness and maintenance issues are prevalent, including roach infestations, dirty rooms, and inadequate service levels. While the location and kitchenettes offer convenience, the overall experience is inconsistent and often falls short of expectations.

Solid extended-stay hotel with everything you need. The in-room kitchen is very convenient, the rooms are decent and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There are lots of food places nearby and shopping malls close by, which makes the location really convenient. The area is quiet and respectful. You get what you pay for, and for the price, it’s a good place to stay. Would recommend for longer stays.

Brenda is just the best. Very helpful and if she doesn't know she will find the answer. Basic customer service skills but not to so basic. Goes above and beyond being helpful. Emma is awesome. Thoughtful and considerate of all of your needs and wants. Just the best group of people.

Management just does not care! Dog poop in hallway, sofa bed mattress was stained and filthy,(could not use). The phone was grossly dirty and had old food stuck to it , no hair dryer that worked after requesting one 3 days prior. I could go on. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere.

I’d like to start off my review by saying the staff is Excellent and very Polite but it does not compensate for the Nasty smell the rooms have. The Hallways smell like Lemon ? while the rooms smell like Dog?. Also room 336 definitely has cocoa roaches in the shower and in the room, the air felt sticky . I will never be staying here again this is a honest REVIEW for anyone wanting to stay here maybe other rooms are clean but not room 336. I’m convinced I should of slept in my car or a motel when I experienced the conditions of this Hotel.

One of the best extended stay stays u have ever had, the wife and I were coming up to Portland for an event and someone told us about this location. They mentioned the GM Nina and how attentive and awesome she was and they were not wrong everything was clean and well kept! Anything my wife and I needed was readily available, and they even offer some things for breakfast! Recommend 100/10 to anyone visiting Portland area! Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Upon arrival at 345, I was told there were no rooms ready yet so I would have to wait to check in, despite the check in time of 3pm. I witnessed another gentleman at the same time who told the front desk that his refrigerator was dirty and he’d likes me room. He was told that there were no other times and the front desk sprayed a lot of cleaner on a towel and handed it to him. During the course of my stay I killed 6 cockroaches in the room and when I advised the staff, I was told there would be an exterminator out on Monday which is my checkout day so it does me no good. When I asked for maid service in my room I was told that they only clean the rooms biweekly but I could bring my towels and bed sheets down to the desk to exchange them. When asked if I could get a maid to stop by and vacuum, I was issued a vacuum from the front desk. It really seems that if the room is less than clean, it’s on the guest to clean it using hotel resources. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where I had to vacuum my own room and was told I would have to exchange the sheets and towels. The grab and go breakfast is supposed to be from 6 am to 930am but they are constantly out of muffins and granola bars by 830 and nobody seems to refill them. The room was decent and everything works but the cockroaches put a huge damper on that. The staff seems to be very nonchalant about the lack of service as if that’s just the way things are done here.

The people That work here make it stand out. From the GM Nina, who is kind and understanding, down to the House keeping staff. Pam the day clerk is friendly and so very helpful. They are a great team and help make this a 5 star experience. The grab and go breakfast is great for days i don't feel like cooking. But I have the option to do that with the kitchenette.

Hi, I frequently stay in Portland, at all different types of hotels. I work a lot in Portland been looking for a good solid hotel. I was blown away by the customer service in the respect and understanding, of a man that works out of state. I would recommend this hotel, not only for the quality in service, but the price as well, for the roomie rooms with the kitchenette that you get! thank you for reading and have a good day!

I very rarely give a bad review. But this place is a 1 star hotel. The only compliment is for the night clerk, Clover, she was very welcoming and attentive. The day clerk did not get up from her corner when I approached the desk to ask a question. 1. Is this all you have for breakfast? 2 packs of regular oatmeal and 4 muffins. She said they didn't get their order on Tuesday. I asked if there was creamer, no we don't have any. As you can see from the pictures, everything was dirty, frosting dripping all over, splatters and dust. The room was clean. BUT, there was only one super thin sheet that you could see through on the mattress. Not even a mattress cover. It literally felt like you were sleeping on the bare mattress. Thin flat sheet and thin bed cover. Too bad you can't get a refund!!!
