Staying at Roadway Inn and Suites was honestly such a blessing during a very stressful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They made me feel safe and welcomed, not rushed or judged, which meant more than I can put into words. Thank you for everything that you are, and becoming.

First room was unacceptable half of the curtains were complely missing (of course in front of the bed) and the "heat" only blew COLD A\C.... SECOND room was let's say "acceptable" (if your used to staying in "lower end" places) The bed was the saving grace! Comfortable (with mattress covers INSTALLED) Pillows were great rest was alright.... Oh shower heads could use some UPDATING! They are like 10 15 bucks come on guys.... Anyways, for the price? If your on a budget? Sure... Just give it a good once over and don't be afraid to ask for a better room.... GREAT LOCATION THOUGH CANNOT COMPLAIN THERE! Right at interchange of Hwy 26 and hwy 217 (little road noise for sure but pretty consistent so it's almost calming white noise....)

Quiet, nice rooms apartment style. Accommodations are similar to motel 6 but establishment is 10x better than motel 6. For the money, I would recommend it.

It looks like they attempted to upgrade the interior but just didn't make it to the details. It smells like Marijuana covered up with some sort of deodorizer. It just all smells smoked in, I requested non-smoking but my room has cigarettes burns on the window sills.

We had family visiting from Washington who stayed at this hotel. They booked a suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch, but the room was in terrible condition. Blood stains all over the sheets, hair all over the towels, and the water barely worked. One of the queen beds was completely broken, the pullout mattress was ripped out and completely unusable. That left just one bed for five people. We asked the front desk to move them to another suite, but were told none were available. Instead, they were given a standard room—still charged at the suite rate. Room 258. The new room was dirty, smelled bad, and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful during the entire process. To make matters worse, after our friends returned to Washington, they realized their kids had accidentally left their Nintendo Switch behind. They called the hotel and spoke with the front desk to confirm it was found and to let them know we would come by in 10 minutes to pick it up for them. When we arrived, we provided the name on the reservation, described the item, and confirmed the earlier phone call. The staff member (an Indian woman named Cindy) gave us the Switch and we headed toward the exit. Suddenly, she locked the doors and activated a burglary alarm, accusing us of stealing. (How are we stealing when she handed it to us?) We were stunned and explained again what had happened. She continued to yell at us and claimed she was calling the police. We were locked in for over 10 minutes as we tried to get our friends on the phone to confirm the situation. Even after they spoke to her directly, she refused to let us leave and kept threatening us. Only after our family yelled at her on the phone did she finally unlock the doors. This disturbing incident happened between 10:00–10:15 PM on July 7, 2025. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and aggressive the staff were. Between the broken beds, dirty rooms, and this unacceptable treatment, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Rude person who checked us in. No included breakfast as advertised on the site, person in lobby blamed us for being trolled by the site and mentioned they have an ice machine. Maybe we could have ice for breakfast. Hairs found in the bed and chocolate or other brown stains found on top blanket. Poor cleaning and electricals not functioning. Overall disappointed as felt so little care had kept the place going. If you have another option, I'd recommend almost anything else.

I am begging you, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE: Check in time said 2pm, we arrived at 2:15. They told us our room wasn't ready. we come back at 3, still not ready. 4pm, still not ready. 4:45 they finally let us go to our room and its not the room we booked... We had a King Suite booked and they were putting us in a double queen and trying to tell me it was an upgrade. The cleaner finally lets us into a King room and it was DISGUSTING. Room was falling apart and the bathroom was sickening. However, we had already missed our dinner reservations because of their lateness, and to make sure we weren't also late for our event, we just had to suck it up and deal with it. To top it off, what sounded like 20 people who were staying in the room next to us decided to get into a shouting match at 5:30 am. I will never stay at any other Rodeway, and I can't believe Expedia even allows them on their service. I'm currently trying to get a refund. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS OR HARD EARNED MONEY.

After reading the reviews I was quite nervous to stay here but it was not as bad the reviews say I think. It was quite clean and the front desk lady was nice. The room service was good and we came back to clean towels and a made bed each night the few days we stayed.

NO TOILET!!! This place is repulsive. I’d rather sleep in my car. I literally did not have a working toilet. From the moment I checked in, the toilet never worked. They wouldn’t fix it. They had the audacity to blame me for urinating in the toilet and “using too much toilet paper” (see photo). They wouldn’t fix it. I made FIVE requests asking them to leave a plunger. It didn’t work. They refused to move me to another room. They refused to issue a refund to me. Barbara at the front desk did a weak request to her manager on the phone, and refused to call him back. She said she personally had been without working plumbing for a week and had to pee in a cup…as if this made being without a working toilet in my room no big deal. My TV doesn’t work. My heater and air conditioner don’t work. It’s totally insane. I understand things happen and things break but their whole attitude is beyond ridiculous. I called Choice Hotels “customer service” and they couldn’t care less. I will never never never stay at a Choice Hotel again.

DONT STAY HERE JUST DONT DO IT SERIOUSLY. JUST SPEND THE EXTRA 5 BUCKS TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. My room had 1 working ceiling light that dimly lit the room. The bedsheets had clumps of hair under it and the bathroom had hair on the floor. The bed is awful and feels like it’s been there for 30 years. There is a stench in the hallways and random people walking around in the parking lot and hallways. One of the rooms had their door open and there was all sorts of crap/junk from the entrance all the way into the room. I literally checked in, went to my room, took a look around, and checked out to go stay in a different hotel I booked right after leaving. Waste of my time and money.
