Room was clean and spacious enough. I loved having a fridge and freezer. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent choice if you have a dog.

The door wouldn't lock and the person at the front desk hung up on me when I called about the issue. Their solution was for me to come to the front desk for them to reprogram the key. I told them I didn't feel comfortable leaving all my things in a room that wouldn't lock. They grew frustrated with me, raised their voice, and interrupted me each time I tried to speak until they hung up. We were on the phone for a couple of minutes. I realized that I did not feel safe staying here, packed up all my things, dropped them off in my car and checked out. The person at the front desk was the same person that I spoke with. They tried to apologized, I told them I didn't care and that I wanted my money back. I booked through a third party, so hopefully I will be fully refunded. This has changed my approach in how book hotels for single nights during road trips when traveling alone.

If I can give a 0 star I would. It was a tiring night. We drove all the way from san Francisco and wishing to get home to Vancouver the next day. The room is extremely dirty, I’m not exaggerating. There’s bed bugs on the sheet, and the bath tub has stains on there. We had to leave at midnight, it caused us to sleep in the car the whole night with my four months old baby

Rooms are nice. Not as clean as it could be. The "breakfast" consisted of a few muffins or instant oatmeal. No outdoor trash cans so there was trash everywhere. The price is very affordable for what you get. Parking is limited and if you are pulling a trailer you will most likely not find a place for it unless you get there very early.

It's been excellent managers, hotel staff, housekeeping, wonderful, I keep up my own room, but I can't change my bedding anytime.I want and get anything I need from them.\nThey have plenty of areas to take the dog potty and beautiful flowers and flowering bushes and barbecues, and it's just comfortable beds, nice TV, quiet peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone that needs an extended place to stay are couple days, whatever I've been here 7 months, it's beautiful. And the staff treat you with respect\nIt's great place to stay

We booked our hotel online for 1 king bed and when I went in to checkin, the guy at the front said they are sold out for king bedrooms. So he told us he can either give us a smelly king bedroom or two queen bedrooms (we have to pay more for the second room though). How is this even our fault? They made a mistake on their end and instead of correcting it, he was trying to make more money from us. He was so unprofessional and rude. He refused to give our refund too, because we booked a king bed room and he was trying to fit both of us in a queen bed room or we have to pay more. How can two grown ups fit on a single queen bed? He should get fired. Please don’t go there. They have good hotel options nearby. Avoid this place though!!!! Worst experience ever!!! So disappointed

This is a good place to stay at a monthly rate. My room was comfortable. They have put new hardwood style floors in most of the rooms but haven’t gotten all of them converted yet. There’s a big TV, comfortable bed, and there’s a little desk space that makes a good work station, big enough to have your laptop and multiple books open. The staff are good people. There’s a grocery store right across the street.

The room I was assigned to smelled like vomit. The carpet flooring felt sticky and damp. The lights were dingy. I was traveling with my two senior parents and two toddlers, hoping this would be a comfortable stay for them as we have experienced at some other Extended Stay branch locations. This was disappointing. The room was in unlivable condition.

Such a great place to stay! Super clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was awesome and made everything easy. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Definitely my go-to hotel! Love the staff who have become like family!! Super attentive and always go above and beyond!!!
