If I can give a 0 star I would. It was a tiring night. We drove all the way from san Francisco and wishing to get home to Vancouver the next day. The room is extremely dirty, I’m not exaggerating. There’s bed bugs on the sheet, and the bath tub has stains on there. We had to leave at midnight, it caused us to sleep in the car the whole night with my four months old baby

Rooms are nice. Not as clean as it could be. The "breakfast" consisted of a few muffins or instant oatmeal. No outdoor trash cans so there was trash everywhere. The price is very affordable for what you get. Parking is limited and if you are pulling a trailer you will most likely not find a place for it unless you get there very early.

We booked our hotel online for 1 king bed and when I went in to checkin, the guy at the front said they are sold out for king bedrooms. So he told us he can either give us a smelly king bedroom or two queen bedrooms (we have to pay more for the second room though). How is this even our fault? They made a mistake on their end and instead of correcting it, he was trying to make more money from us. He was so unprofessional and rude. He refused to give our refund too, because we booked a king bed room and he was trying to fit both of us in a queen bed room or we have to pay more. How can two grown ups fit on a single queen bed? He should get fired. Please don’t go there. They have good hotel options nearby. Avoid this place though!!!! Worst experience ever!!! So disappointed

This is a good place to stay at a monthly rate. My room was comfortable. They have put new hardwood style floors in most of the rooms but haven’t gotten all of them converted yet. There’s a big TV, comfortable bed, and there’s a little desk space that makes a good work station, big enough to have your laptop and multiple books open. The staff are good people. There’s a grocery store right across the street.

The room I was assigned to smelled like vomit. The carpet flooring felt sticky and damp. The lights were dingy. I was traveling with my two senior parents and two toddlers, hoping this would be a comfortable stay for them as we have experienced at some other Extended Stay branch locations. This was disappointing. The room was in unlivable condition.

Such a great place to stay! Super clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was awesome and made everything easy. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Definitely my go-to hotel! Love the staff who have become like family!! Super attentive and always go above and beyond!!!

Always a good experience clean rooms great staff!! Super Attentive!! Super affordable!! Won't stay anywhere else in the area! Shout-out to Carl, Nay, Mars, Jade, Servando, Chris (sorry if I forgot anyone) and bossman Johnny you guys are kicking ass!!

My stay here has been excellent management has been more than helpful John the manager and Marz and the front desk lady have been exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone It is clean professional everything's on the up and up here it is in a good location close to trains buses everything is just been exemplary would recommend this to anybody that needs an extended place to stay and after you've been here 30 days they drop the hotel tax which saves more money it's just, it's the place I need to be right now and it works and it's comfortable and it's clean and it's a full kitchenette it is exactly what it says it is and more barbecue grills picnic tables, areas to take your dog potty, it is just a great place to stay. Complements to staff, management, housekeepers everybody. Thank you for making this so comfortable in my time of need right now.

Mars was ABSOLUTELY the best customer service I have ever received.she turned A very, very, very bad night/situation into a comforting and easy one within seconds of arriving. She was very helpful, even though I was unable to provide her with necessary information that she needed due to unfortunate events from The Previous night. She was very calm and collected. She knew exactly what to do and how to handle the situation and the situation was not easy to handle and it was not very common situation that to have to deal with. I’m not leaving this review because she was amazing but I’m leaving this review because she changed my entire day week. Month year in future to be completely honest and even though it might sound like I’m over doing it or overdoing her with praise, I promise you he only reason I’m leaving this review is because she changed what was broken, fixed, and ready to go again(Metaphorically speaking, of course). I have been at this location, the Portland Beaverton, location many times and never have I received this great customer service. I’ve never in my life Felt a sense of calmness as soon as I was in her presence. Nor has anyone went out of their way to help me in a situation that was almost unable To be fixed. To be perfectly honest, I did not walk in thinking I would be able to have a positive outcome and not only did. I have a positive outcome , But I am now appreciated, extended stay as a company, And all together, I appreciate whoever Made it possible for her to be part of the Extended stay Beaverton Portland location. I cannot stress enough that it can change somebody’s outlook and entire world when somebody smiles at you and tells you everything‘s gonna be OK-Especially when you know that may not be true. My situation is a very very rare hard situation to speak so it is very private, but I can tell you this right now, it did not take me Having to tell her one word what happened For her to give me the outstanding professional and honestly straight up Life changing service she gave me. That service was kindness and so much more. I cannot thank her enough, and I cannot thank Extended StayAmerica for hiring this woman because she is the definition of what her job entails and I hope that she receives recognition for this. I hope that she receives the best karma she can receive possible. More than anything, this lady needs to definitely Receive a raise, and if not that, definitely a promotion. GROSS. the smell is atrocious. ended up moving rooms after 1 night because the outlets didn't work, no hot let alone warm water ...and the smell. new room didn't smell AS bad but ... 1 pillow in the hed no blanket. been asking for a blanket all week to no avail. Claims this place is portland-beaverton FALSE ... its beaverton hillsboro much much further from portland than implied. I travel for work, ive stayed at a few of these and this is by far and away the worst one ive ever been to. Have an issue? Manager wont answer the phone or call you back. Front staff blows you off. I dont have time to waste figuring out what should have be3n easy. dont understand why this place is so beyond different that other ones ive stayed at.
