I called them several times to confirm our reservations for 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds- the staff assured me dont worry we have it noted for you when you come- this was 2 days before the actual date of our arrival, I told the staff I booked for 2 queen beds for each room..When I checked in, I was told that someone changed our reservations to 1 king size bed and sofa and 2 queen beds on the other rooms. Shout out to Iman- she really did try her best to accommodate us, but unfortunately we have to just stay what was given to us instead of what was really our reservations.Iman gave us free breakfast for 6 guests and the yummy cookies. She really worked so hard for it. The rooms are ok, the pressure in the other room was not strong enough to flush down the toilet . One of our guests had nasal congestion probably due to dust in the room.My fave part is the yellow comfy seat. Breakfast is ok but would not pay $15 per person.

Iman at the front desk absolutely made our stay at the DoubleTree in Tigard. She was friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to show us how to get to our room on a very busy evening. Yes, the lobby was a bit chaotic due to renovations, but our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, great stay and we’d happily come back, especially thanks to Iman’s outstanding service.

The staff in every department is fantastic. Quiet, clean, calm. WELCOMING…. if you travel you know when you walk in the building if you’re just a number or a welcome return customer. Our first stay… not our last. Extra effort to provide comfort… Hot Cookies were a nice touch!

The lady working the front desk provided exceptional customer service. Little bummed to realize it’s a queen size bed. Not the king size bed that I reserved. Which also lead me to realize the chair in the room was also not the adjustable ergonomic chair that was supposed to come w the king sized bed. Looks like I got the wrong room from what I actually paid for.

My reservation that was booked by a third party was not received by the hotel. What could have been a very frustrating night was saved by the front desk manager, Iman! She was amazing! She saved the night and helped us turn the night around. The only issues were the hotel is under renovation right now and the iHome radio in our room went off at 5am. Make sure you turn off the iHome alarm when you get to your room. Again, Iman was amazing!!!!

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would. The front desk staff are absolutely stellar. They went above and beyond to make.our stay pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and inviting. Ambiance is relaxed and soothing.

The room was quite clean; however, the bathroom was small, and it was somewhat inconvenient to place the towels outside the shower area. The hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful scenery around the lake. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nothing like the photos and absolutely filthy property. We checked in, walked to our room and had to leave immediately. The hotel has a smell throughout and the room had furniture was falling apart to the point the management used old blankets to cover the damage.

My stay was for about a week. I found the room to be quiet (even though it was right behind an ice maker I could barely hear it) very clean had everything you need, friendly staff, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, seperate living area with sofa, chair, three tables. Special thanks to Christi Bryan (Director of Rooms) for the help switching me to a different room. They had accidentally put me in a room that hadn't received the furniture for the living area yet and the thermostat wasn't working. She came right away to check it out and had me in a new room within about 15 minutes. Nothings perfect but when something goes wrong that's when you find out how much they care and Christi Bryan lived up to the five star rating I gave this Doubletree location. Thanks again Christi.

This hotel was close to my work while I was traveling to Lake Oswego. It was convenient, there was breakfast (which really should just be included but it was $15) and the room was comfortable. Black out curtains, linens and all were great. My room didn’t have an iron so I called the front desk to get one and it arrived in minutes. Great service! The price is a little high though IMO.
