I selected the hotel expecting to work from the Hotel. WiFi was not available for two days and was too slow for an audio call on the third day. Management claims this was short and quickly restored. Nicer rooms than I was expecting, modern bathrooms with nice showers. One king bed room had pull out desk and good place to sit down and work, had a separate couch with coffee table, and big TV. I actually wished I could have stayed here longer.

Close to shopping and fair grounds but not inner city, the aria is beutiful, easy to navigate and quiet, while still being close to important things. The court yard garden gives every room a good veiw and feels secluded. The pool was warm, and both pool and hot tub were nice, quality feeling. Everything was lush, only complaint I had was no free breakfast, you get a 20$ voucher and that dose not pay for a whole meal. And while you can play apps and games, you cant access web browsers or download new content without paying for a wifi upgrade. There's no free TV, just an add reel on repeat.... these are not needed for the stay, but slightly anoying not to have such basic amenities other much cheaper hotels provide.

4 stars for the room, 5 stars for the service and breakfast. The manager at the front was very nice. She gave us free breakfast vouchers for the first night and also free parking even though the parking is supposed to be paid. I'm a gold member and this is the first time I actually felt like I got a good welcome at the Marriott. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Marriott. The guy working there was awesome and made a great avocado toast and coffee.

Be aware that this hotel charges a $12 per day parking fee that was not disclosed during the online booking process. Even more concerning, I was charged the parking fee despite not having a car. Fortunately, I reviewed my emailed folio after checkout and caught the erroneous charge before it went unnoticed. Mistakes can happen, but this experience left me questioning the accuracy of their billing practices. I recommend carefully reviewing your final bill before leaving.

Great hotel with super service. Rooms are spacious and really clean. Staff are really friendly. Bar tender Stephanie (probably spelled this wrong) is unreal. Does the job of 5 people and always has a smile on her face. Gives great eat out and tourist tips to.

The hotel policy states housekeeping comes every other day to clean ... But they didn't show at all during a multiple night stay. No fresh towels or linens to speak of. To top it off, I requested (and received) a late checkout on my last day....then a housekeeping manager all of a sudden knocks on my door an hour before my late checkout (waking me up) to see if they can get in to clean. I told them I had a late checkout and he stated he was just checking. Unprofessional.

We had a room for 2 (maybe 3) nights while I was in the hospital. My wife notified the front desk that our 2-night stay was going to be 3 nights. They cancelled her key card and then refused to help her get a replacement unless she went all the way to the front of the building - she uses a walker and it was raining. The long-haired person at the front desk couldn't do that. Thankfully, the bartender, Stephanie, at the lobby bistro came to her rescue and got the new key card to her and offered to bring her food and ensured that the checkout was pre-arranged. Then, when she checked out, we had 3 wildly different room rates on the bill, after I was quoted a single specific rate for our stay. Overall, the room was quite nice - clean and well maintained, but the customer service from the kid at the front desk for the entire stay was pitiful and not what I've come to expect from Marriott - you couldn't see his face for all the hair hanging down over his eyes. Stephanie, the bistro bartender, was the shing star, however, and she deserves recognition for a job well done.

Nice room with balcony, shades are remote controlled, coffee pot, large tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Indoor heated pool plus hot tub a major plus point. Enclosed courtyard area with chairs is relaxing. No complimentary breakfast; costs money.

My family and I had such an amazing stay here! The rooms were super clean, cozy, and really well taken care of. But I have to give the biggest shoutout to Elizabeth — she was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She went so far above and beyond that I honestly felt spoiled. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made my whole trip. I will 100% be staying here again, and honestly… Elizabeth is a HUGE reason why! ?? Highly, highly recommend!
