My family loves this hotel! We always stay here when we are in town. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. If we have any issues, all we have to do is ask and they solve it promptly. The breakfast has good selections and the rooms are spacious and clean. Plus we can easily park our motorhome in their large parking lot for free. We highly recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Everything was just right. We were greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The bath/shower was clean and had full shampoo and conditioner dispensers (so much nicer than those little plastic bottles ending up in landfill). Towels were generous and soft. In room coffee is always a nice touch. Microwave and refrigerator were both in good working condition and clean. TV was nice and very big. Reception good on wi-fi and we have 5G on our phones. The morning hot breakfast was served in a clean and well-stocked hospitality room. All of the tables were neat and spotless. Eggs, sausage, and 2 choices of waffles. Plus, there are 2 waffle makers. One that makes 4 minis at a time and 1 full size. Hot syrup is a nice touch too. Several choices but we didn't pay much attention beyond proteins and waffles There was a good supply of yogurt, too. Juices, coffee and tea were all kept up too. We felt safe eating the food that was offered and appreciated that it is included in the price of the room. Parking was wonderful! Under cover and an elevator. Perfect for those rainy times in the Portland, OR area and getting out of the heat of summer. There is a huge variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. All easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.

The staff looks and smells rundown, the breakfast was cold and the some thing both Saturday and Sunday cold polish sausage cold powered eggs, the coffee tasted like cleaner. The bed was terrible ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed not only was lumpy it also had wheels so when you setup against the headboard the bed rolled away from the wall. The tv sound was terribly set. The tv mount was poorly done so the tv was crooked and face it up towards the ceiling. The room looked nothing like the pics. Comfort inn Do BETTER. (HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT STAY HERE

I had an accessible room. The bed was so high I could barely get in it. It was difficult. If I had been a wheelchair user it would have been impossible. The hand held shower head was up at a height I could not reach. The room was clean. Staff was professional and kind. I was told all beds are at the same height. Be aware if you have accessibility issues.

Basic accommodations. I booked here because of the budget friendly price and also because they marketed they have EV charging stations. Unfortunately neither of the two out front work. I encourage this hotel to replace the electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on property ASAP. They could secure more nightly bookings if they had working ones. Few hotels in the area offered EV chargers so this would be an easy point of differentiation to secure more room bookings. If you decide to replace your EV chargers, I recommend contacting Pangea Charging to take care of this for your hotel.

Week long work trip. Fantastic service and quality of facility. Only had one issue. They ran out of proteins for the breakfast. Shipment arrived for the last two days of our visit. Made breakfast better. I recommend this location to all visiting the area.

Not much to say about this place; you're looking for a cheaper Hotel. I would definitely recommend this. The best thing is they have fresh cookies up front every day, which is a benefit. This place needs a lot of updating. The furniture is worn out, and definitely used and fading. The carpet is ripping up in multiple areas of the room and definitely needs to be redone. After three nights of staying here, housekeeping has never stopped by, and I'm not sure if they plan to. I had to reach out to the front desk to get someone to come and give me fresh towels. This place is definitely outdated and needs a good revamp. I've called down to the front desk three different times, and no one seems to answer. You have to walk down there and talk to someone. The remotes don't work. Most of the buttons on the remote don't work. You can change channels and adjust volume, but that's about it. The Netflix buttons don't work, nor do any of the inputs; you have to go out to the TV manually. Also, the TV is messed up, and there's a big white line at the very top. It's very clear as soon as you turn the TV on. The dresser drawers are opening automatically, but they don't stay shut. I've tried to close them, but they automatically reopen.

Not sure why this place has less than 4 stars! Our family of four traveled to Oregon for the first time to attend our cousin’s wedding and had a great stay. The room had everything we needed — a comfortable bed, working A/C, clean bathroom, and a decent breakfast. There were plenty of parking spots too. Just everything we were looking for! We stayed for 3 days and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I can honestly say this place was so weird.Strangers were approaching me in the parking lot, harassing me as a disabled adult with a service animal. Came for peace left with some of the weirdest creepy experiences. I'm a previous local too. Front desk kept my Rx and never called. Seen that one before. Good thing I went to hospital for my ptsd since hotel had my meds u couldn't call
