This Comfort Inn & Suites consistently receives negative feedback regarding cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. If there’s a 0 I would give a 0 reviews on this hotel. Smell is bad, the bed is not comfortable at all. A lot of dog hair in a bathroom, the shower is terrible the water is really slow. I would never stay in this hotel anymore. They should change their name into UNCOMFORTABLE INN & SUITE.
Update. I have not received a refund even after a month now. I have called multiple times at different times in the day and the manager jay wont be there. Horrible stay and scammed out of $ 90. Rooms were not kept up. I purchased 2 night stay but left after the first night because of an ant infestation and brown water. I asked for a refund only for the second day but the clerk only said it would take a couple of days and would not let me speak to any manager. Over a week later I still havent been refunded and again when I called they said the manager wasn't available. I have emailed and called but no response from them at all. Both of the desk clerks were extremely rude after asking simple questions like if the room had a hair dryer.
Service and location were great. But our room was very dirty, and there were ants and bugs everywhere. There were bugs and ants in our bed. When we got here, they were on the floor they were on the counters. They were crawling on our stuff. But other than that it was a great stay
Location is great. Although the rooms were dirty and smelled. Little to know ventilation in the rooms so it got very stuffy. The pillows and beds were absolutely terrible we couldn’t sleep. Not to mention how loud it was. We could hear the front desk taking phone calls all night. You could hear all your neighbors and people slamming doors at all hours. The staff was little to no help and rude. This location really needs some work as we love staying at comfort inns but will not be back to this location.
The rooms lack TLC. One of the chairs in the room had a stain. The dish box for the tv was just dangling off the wall. The HDMI cable to the TV was unplugged. Our key cards didn't work más well. It took several attempts before it would open the room door this was also true for the fitness room. I had requested a queen bed and instead was in a double bed. The location is convenient for shopping. When reporting the issue with the door the front desk lady came over and tried a few times before she got the door open and just let us in right after. Also the next day the lady supervising breakfast was on her phone. When asked if I can get cream cheese from the refrigerator she looked up and stepped a side from the refrigerator while she continued to be on her phone. Would I recommend this place? No. I may go back in a year or so to see if anything has improved. I would describe this hotel as needs improvement.
Most reasonable priced in the area. Very clean as well . Be sure to lock your vehicles but that to be expected in that area. The staff are great. Helpful and friendly. The breakfast is your standard affair nothing special but well prepared.
I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites, and I was extremely disappointed. The floor was filthy; my white socks turned black just from walking around! The room had a terrible smell, and it was clear that the sheets and towels hadn’t been changed during our stay. To make matters worse, we found several bugs along the window seal. I did not feel comfortable at all, especially with a toddler. This place did not feel clean or family-friendly. I definitely would not recommend it.
Gross. Entire soccer team booked this hotel for a tournament. Some got rooms that were okay. Some were absolutely horrible and they had to leave. Our room was one of the okay ones. Smells like animals. Bad. Lots of foot traffic outside, so it doesn't feel safe for a bunch of 12 year old girls. Strangely every room we booked had a different layout. They also made lots of reservation errors. Parents were given king size bed when it should have been 2 queens. But the front desk staff said the reservations were incorrect. The whole place smells horrible.
Worst stay imaginable, upon arriving the lady at the front desk was very unwelcoming and rude not helpful at all and just overall looked like she hated her job and like she hated being there having to help. Once we got into our room the room was filthy smelt like mold I booked online through bookings.com and saw pictures looked like a good hotel and clean but once I opened the door to room I was hit with disgust room looked nothing like the images shown online and it wasn’t worth any penny I spent at all, the floor was ripping up and the walls were gross it countertops were covered in something I didn’t even bother to touch. My boyfriend and I couldn’t find any last minute hotels so we stayed out as late as possible before having to head back. If it were up to me I would have asked for my money back cause it wasn’t worth the stay.
Update: Beware. Over 2 weeks later, they have still have not refunded the erroneous charge. Beware. They overcharged us. They charged us for an extra night we did not stay or did not reserve. They even sent us our receipt the morning we checked out. Then I found on my Choice Credit card another charge for the following night. The General Manager could easily see that we didn't stay. He didn't take his own hotel's receipt as proof that we checked out. We even sent proof showing documentation of the hotel we did stay at the following night. We sent him our Google Maps timeline for the day/night they charged us; which included our location at another hotel. He has yet to reverse charges or apologize. We brought this to the attention of the hotel over a week ago. Talked with the General Manager a week ago. Crickets. The disrespect that I am receiving from the General Manager by saying I have to investigate after sending him the hotels receipt we received when we checked out is unacceptable. I have been a Choice member for 15 years. This is helping me consider another choice other than Choice in the future. The rooms are OK - decently clean. The breakfast was poor as the items were not replaced in a timely manner so we did without both mornings. Stay at your own risk of possibly being charged for a night you don't stay.
