This was one of the best motels I have stayed at in a long time . I LOVE the pool being open 24 hrs I love the free coffee hot chocolate and juice bar 24 hrs The rooms were so clean and welcoming the beds were comfortable The pet fee was really reasonable for only 35 dollars The staff was so friendly The breakfast was top notch I love the christmas tree they had out If I had a complaint and it was very minimal is that pool was really cold and my toddler who is sensitive didn't like the temp it was to cold for me too but like a said it didn't take away from the experience any already trying to figure out when we can come again went there is some event going on down there

We were having our house repaired and stayed at this location? The whole experience was amazing! The employees were very I and attentive. We will come back if the need arrises.

Enjoyed my stay. Bed was one of the more comfortable I've slept in at a motel. Great nights sleep. Room super clean. Staff good.

The best thing going for this Best Western (2910 W University Dr) is its location. It is within walking or a quick drive to every eatery or store you can imagine. Otherwise, this place is a disappointment. With the biggest disappointment being -you can hear everything! _in the room you hear hallway noise (people walking past or doors being closed) (as well as noise in the next room) and in the hallway you easily hear room noise (people talking or their television). Also, in the room you hear the plumbing activity of other rooms. OMG! to hear every flush of the toilet, every shower being taken…-it’s subtle torture! And the elevator when you’re in it -it is noisy (and briefly scary when it vibrates while in motion). It’s like being on a small amusement park ride that needs maintenance. While I would be inclined to stay in the area of this Inn & Suites, I am not inclined to try this Best Western again.

Hotel needs an update. Cleanliness was moderate at best. Headboards were super dusty on top. Everyone in our 2 rooms needed allergy meds even after we dusted them ourselves. A bit loud with road noise . Breakfast was not a good selection and items were not replaced when they ran out.

The checkin staff I experienced was cold, and robotic - they made me feel like I was interrupting their day. If it weren't for the friendly breakfast staff, and evening front desk staff, the experience would be much lower. CASE IN POINT: The property lost water service (during my shower). I went to the front desk to inquire. Her response? "We have over 54 rooms, we can't notify everyone." No apology? How is that acceptable?

Very nice spot. The room I got was priced quite well even if the bathroom was slightly small. The jacuzzi seemed to have a knob that wouldn't quite turn all the way(?) But overall, it still worked quite well and was definitely a very pleasant experience for myself and my other half. Front Desk was extremely polite, and if I ever need to stay in Forest Grove again, this would definitely be my choice again and again. Definitely needs new pictures on the jacuzzi though, it seemed quite small in the images, but it certainly fit either one very large/tall person or two of a reasonable height, just to let anyone else know.

Stayed 2 nights. Lobby/pool music was loud and could be heard at all hours in my room (room 210). My kids couldn't fall asleep. Received a text upon checkin that said "reply to this for any needs during your stay." When I did text, I got no response. Called front desk and they said, "we only have a landline." Then she admitted she did receive it (on their website), and never responded. Front desk not present at night, when we went to ask for the music to be turned off. No front bell. No person. Just waited and waited. Dogs allowed but zero designated dog area. No grass, just rocks everywhere. Expected more after the great reviews. Breakfast inedible. Neither TV in our room worked. Giant leaking pipe right outside our door. The only upside to the hotel was the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Won't be coming back.
