about 1 month agoIMPORTANT: They say there is no elevator, but you don't NEED one because of the layout of the 3-story building, But that isn't the whole story. Getting from the parking lot to the top level requires climbing a STEEP driveway. Which is an even bigger challenge if you have luggage. Also note: There is a strip club pretty much next door.

about 2 months agoHotel situated on canyon road, very busy and room is not sound proofed. Noise canceling headset a must. it's a huge let down staying here. I wish I had looked a holiday express or Hilton

3 months agoWe had a pleasant one?night stay at this Best Western. It’s in a quiet area, and although the buildings are a bit older, our room was clean, refreshed, and well?equipped for a family with young kids. Being a wood?frame building, you can hear footsteps from above, but everything else was comfortable. Hotel was three buildings that two of them were connected. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a highlight—set in a charming garden with a fountain and shaded seating. The hot tub was nicely heated. Breakfast was great, offering both hot and cold options, plus a fun yogurt dispenser with a few toppings. The dining room was spacious with decently chairs and tables. Parking was free with plenty of spots.

4 months agoWe come for doctors appointments. So easy to check In and Breakfast is amazing! Super Clean, friendly staff. We love it cause we have a young child with disabilities and it makes it easier being away from home for him.

4 months agoMy husband and I have stayed at this location for 40 years! On our own and through the contract they have with the VA. Never had a problem until this last month. My husband was staying alone, the maid knocked, he answered in a pair of sweat pants, and nothing else, tried to catch her, his door locked behind him and the maid would not unlock the door. He used a phone in a room that she left open and called the front desk. Had to wait for manager to come and very rudely let him back in his room. He is a 79 year old disabled veteran and cancer patient! Basically told he was an idiot for locking himself out! I have read motel policy and no where did I see that a maid can not unlock the door she just watched you come out of! He was consequently banned from this motel! This motel treated a veteran the same way he was treated when he came home from Vietnam! Shame on them! I will no longer be supporting Best Western Motels!

7 months agoNo elevator but three floors. The pool is nice. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy so I wouldn't recommend this for everyone.

9 months agoComfortable room with exception very bright porch light directly across from room caused me to have to close double drapes. Would have enjoyed keeping at least one drape open . I also called front desk to ask for a wake up call. Spoke to a young guy. No call received

10 months agoThe room had bed bugs, while i had booked multiple nights i had to go to front desk after the first night and showed them pictures of what was found in the room. The front desk said they would notify management to get a refund, however, a refund never happened and Hotel would not reach back out after multiple attempts to resolve with them directly.
