Get down to the dining room early if you want the breakfast. By 9 they will not be replenishing anything and you just have to eat what is left. That was a bummer considering everyone talked up the breakfast here via reviews as well as the folks at check in. Night staff was lovely and very accommodating. rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Just bummed about breakfast. would just get a cheaper room and went out for breakfast in the morning if I knew better.

I love this place! I was greeted in a cute and cozy lobby with chocolate chip cookies and coffee by the front desk clerk Michael, who was so warm, kind, and helpful. He made me feel like an honored guest! My room was clean and inviting and there’s a little patio connected to the rooms overlooking the beautiful grounds. The pool and spa area was great, Full breakfast was included, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal, juices, breads and muffins, the whole shebang. I didn’t use the fitness center but it was nice they have one ? Overall, great room, nice people, just a really good time with zero complaints! Thanks for a relaxing bday stay for an incredible value (trust me i looked at soo many places)! ?? I will definitely be back!

If I could assign decimal ratings, this would be about 3.5, not 4. Rooms are spacious but ours had a very odd angle to the floor so I felt like I was walking on a slant every time I got up to go to the bathroom. The location is by absolutely nothing except car dealerships. You can hop in your car and go a little ways where you will find shopping, restaurants, etc, but if you're looking for something convenient nearby, this is not the place. My husband went to get ice and had to scour other buildings to find it. It's a very bizarre layout that is not for the mobility-challenged. And here's the best part (yes, I'm being sarcastic) --- breakfast is downstairs in the main hotel lobby area. No other way to get there besides these creaky, scary stairs. The breakfast buffet was fine, the lady managing it was polite. People were nice at this establishment but it just was not an easy place to get around for two people who already use canes some of the time. We were there for two nights and we didn't even go downstairs for breakfast the second night --- and we always do. It was just too difficult. If I were back in the area again, I would definitely seek a different place to stay. This one had too many inconveniences for two older customers.

IMPORTANT: They say there is no elevator, but you don't NEED one because of the layout of the 3-story building, But that isn't the whole story. Getting from the parking lot to the top level requires climbing a STEEP driveway. Which is an even bigger challenge if you have luggage. Also note: There is a strip club pretty much next door.

I stayed there for about a week for an event and found bed bugs in the room I was staying in on day 2. I understand that these things aren't always available, so I can understand. Front desk moved me to another room. What I am really frusturated about is the management response to my stolen item. The day after moving rooms, my Airpods went missing. I have tracking on them, and their location was pinpointed to the housekeeping building. I assumed they had a lost and found and talked to the night worker. He said there was nothing he could do but would tell his manager and take my name and number down so they could contact me. I wrote down my name, number, and email. I left the hotel at 5am and got back at 11pm the rest of my stay because of the event I was there for, so I never got to talk to the manager in person. I talked to the same night desk worker every single night when I got back to the hotel. He continued to tell me he hadn't heard anything but would remind his manager. After the second night of my Airpods being missing, I asked him to have his manager contact me regardless if they found the Airpods or not. I never heard anything. I don't know if the manager just never got my message or if they did and chose not to reach out as I requested. The second to last day of my stay, I saw my Airpods location change to a nearby apartment complex. I tried to step out of my meeting and call the manager during the day, but I was told they were not available. I left a message and never heard anything back. I filed a police report for documentation and waited for any sort of contact whatsoever and have not heard anything. I don't know what else to do but mourn my $200 earbuds. I genuinely tried to see the best in the establishment. I defended the hotel to my coworkers... but by the end of my stay I could not find any redeeming qualities. I understand that management cannot personally monitor every employee and guest or prevent every incident. However, they can respond to concerns, investigate reported issues, and communicate. In my case, none of those things happened. Just because the room doesn't come with a safe doesn't mean my stuff is fair game. There has to be better supervision or training in place, or at least any form of response from management. I will not be staying at a Best Western again.

Hotel situated on canyon road, very busy and room is not sound proofed. Noise canceling headset a must. it's a huge let down staying here. I wish I had looked a holiday express or Hilton

Our experience was fantastic. Large, clean rooms with ample toiletries, towels, and pillows. Gorgeous setting. The heated pool and hot tub were fun to go in even when it's sprinkling and overcast. In the morning, we had a hot breakfast, which I wasn't actually expecting for the "free breakfast". I thought there would be just a few fruits and danishes. We went to the pool at 10:02 AM (pool opens at 10), and although the gates had not yet been unlocked, I called the hotel from my cell and someone came right out to unlock the gate for us. The checkin and out process was seamless and mostly available online, which made coming and going nice and easy. Thanks for the stay!

We had a pleasant one?night stay at this Best Western. It’s in a quiet area, and although the buildings are a bit older, our room was clean, refreshed, and well?equipped for a family with young kids. Being a wood?frame building, you can hear footsteps from above, but everything else was comfortable. Hotel was three buildings that two of them were connected. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a highlight—set in a charming garden with a fountain and shaded seating. The hot tub was nicely heated. Breakfast was great, offering both hot and cold options, plus a fun yogurt dispenser with a few toppings. The dining room was spacious with decently chairs and tables. Parking was free with plenty of spots.

We come for doctors appointments. So easy to check In and Breakfast is amazing! Super Clean, friendly staff. We love it cause we have a young child with disabilities and it makes it easier being away from home for him.
