One of the best!! The staff is outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. Location is amazing. Way to go. When I come to town this is the ONLY PLACE ILL STAY.

It was our first time staying at this Best Western. I travel with 3 kids so this one is a good one to stay in. Its got the pool, hot tub and Gym. We mostly travel for sports so those those 3 are key for us. We will stay here again for our next trip down.

Stayed on 12/13 and my husband was bitten by bed bugs! Went to urgent care to confirm. The only place we stayed except for home was at BW Northwind Inn. I emailed photos and urgent care receipt to GM and have heard NOTHING BACK. Not even an apology. We incurred stress, anxiety, excessive cleaning at home and a medical bill due to this one night stay. Will NEVER stay here again. It's unfortunate as we are Diamond Select BW me.bers and stay frequently at BW ad have never gotten bit by bed bugs. Disgusting and the lack of concern by the hotel management is even more disgusting. My RESPONSE TO BW RESPONSE BELOW: Hello, To clarify, we stayed at your hotel (my husband and myself) on 12/13 for one-night in room 128. We returned home and enjoyed our overnight stay at this point. No bumps had shown up on my husband and if you look it up and speak with an MD you will see that bed bug bites dont show up for around 14 days. Our first stay was about 14 days prior. No symproms appeared for at least 10 to 12 days. We decided to stay again on 12/31 to 1/2 and bring our grandson. My husband had been complaining of itching on his shoulder and neck for a few days at this point. We didn't think much of it until the bumps fully appeared which was during our second stay. When we got home we decided he should go to urgent care to get them looked at as they were getting worse. The doctor confirmed they were bed bug bites and likely happened a couple weeks ago. After he returned home from urgent care I contacted BW via several email addresses, one being an address directly from Northwoods inn and to customer service notifying of the problem we discovered AFTER the second stay AND AFTER SEE8NG DR TO CONFIRM. I included urgent care receipt and photos. Customer service created a ticket. Up until we figured out what happened we did not have an issue with BW Northwoods Inn. We stay at BW Plus frequently but have NEVER experienced bed bug bites in all of our travels. Thank you, We will not he staying there again unfortunately.

I travel for my work and stay in hotels. I have to say this is the nicest Best Western that I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and service was great. They have every amenity you could ask for and the breakfast was great with a great selection.

The nice clean rooms. ice machine, fresh water, coffee/expresso machine, delicious breakfast with many choices. Why stay anywhere else? I know where I am staying next time. Thank you, to all the friendly and helpful staff that makes this a great stay!

Clean , well lit rooms and hallways. Nice staff. I enjoyed their coffee, chocolate drinks that were available near the lobby.

We live in the area and needed an overnighter for a soccer tournament. Unfortunately, there was also a softball and other events, so the bookings were scant. I was able to book a room with a queen (2 people) at the last minute. The website kept changing dates to Thursday (staying Friday) anytime I wanted to make changes or do anything. The rate jumped up while viewing it (possibly due to the date change)... But it worked. Check-in was seamless and the concierge was humorous. The jacuzzi was nice in the room. We didn't check out the pool. The hotel was clean. The room had a "hard water" smell and was a bit more humid than the hallway. The bed was a bit stiff, but overall a good stay. The view was not great (parking lot mostly). Breakfast was good with many choices. Just make sure you get there in time.

The hotel was clean and quiet both inside and out. The kind of clean that is reassuring when staying in a unfamiliar place. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel didn't feel brand new but it doesn't need to, the feeling was that while it wasn't brand new it was taken care of and clean. We only stayed one night at this location but would gladly stay again. Only issue we had for the night was door dash forgetting a drink with our order.

It's weird leaving a review like this because it almost comes off as fake, but I loved this place. Leroy with his breakfast was a fun person to wake up to. 10/10 service. Jaydon worked morning and handled my stay. probably the nicest and most helpful host I've ever encountered . They, plus a couple other people, make this hotel definitely worth going back to. Kevin is another person I wanna visit with again. He's the best person I could have gotten ahold of on the phone. He answered my questions and ensured the hold on my credit card that hasn't been released in 3 weeks would be addressed. The way he handles concerned guests is very polite and professional. Im 100% going back because these three.......... even if 2 of the morning ladies were not quite as exemplary in their manner of service.

Very easy to work with and under polite. The lady who took my reservation - very good people skills. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Room more than adequate. Wheel chair access lacking on side entrance. Decent price and well run operation.
