We arrived late and Ruthie served us a great meal and she is such a lovely person. The room was excellent. We travel a lot and this hotel room was large, great mirrors in the bath (lighted) and had all the right amenities and touches. Great management as everything was clean, supplied, comfortable bed, nice shower and great location. Would definitely stay here again. EVEN does a great job.

The room is basically very spacious and clean. However there was a great concern on noise level for this hotel. I stayed on Dec 25 for a night at the end of a room on 1st floor facing the parking lot. There is a garbage collection hub just outside my room. I heard the garbage truck came to collect garbage at 3:45am and 5:15am. This was awful!! Both my husband and I got woken up at the time and couldn’t go back to sleep again. I reserved that room 2 months ago and I don’t think the hotel is that full to give me such a bad room location. We could also hear upstairs walking sound at night and in early morning. If you are sensitive to noise or want a peaceful night to stay, I strongly do not recommend you to reserve this hotel.

This is a young hotel (roughly 7 months as of Dec 2025) and still has some issues they're working on. Some things I've found are minor, some are a little concerning. It's pretty clear to me that there was some kind of rush on construction and an overly restrictive budget. The decision to have motion sensor controlled lights is questionable. I've stayed in 3 different rooms, all of them had the light switches wired wrong. All the rooms have a big gap on each side of the PTAC that lets a lot of light through, bypassing the blackout shade. There are redeeming factors. Luckily the staff is wonderful and more than willing to help. Rachel at the front desk is very friendly and responsive. Ruthie made breakfast fun and made sure we had everything we needed. Mike cooks an incredible breakfast. Hands down the best eggs I've had. Overall this place has a great crew, but management needs to step up and start fixing things if they want to keep me as a guest. All the motion sensor lights need to be rewired to be correct. It should be one light controlled by each switch, with the set by the bed as a 3-way with the set by the door. The motion sensor should receive constant power, not come after the switch. This is a rookie mistake that should have been caught and fixed prior to opening. All the door closers are out of adjustment and slam the doors. Again, rookie mistake. It takes a few minutes with a screwdriver to fix. One of the rooms had a door that absolutely would not latch. This is highly concerning as it would allow anyone to access the room at any time unless the deadbolt was closed. Hey management: I'll leave a list with the front desk on checkout. I stopped staying at the Crown Plaza over smaller issues.

Room was adequate. Bed was a bit too high for an older person. Difficult to get on, especially with knee issues. Room service was NOT good. Aside from changing out towels and making the bed, the toilet was never cleaned the 3-4 days we were there. Removed empty tissue paper box but did not replace with a new one !?! On the positive note, Rachael at the front desk was most delightful. Good sense of humor. On point restaurant/Cafe and activity recommendations. Truly makes the stay so much more personal and enjoyable. Ruthie at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly as well. Wish other staff were as studious and courteous as they were!

Perfect place for a quiet relaxing stay in a really great location. Breakfast today was perfect. Lovely, clean dining room. Our server was friendly & super efficient. My vegetable omelet & fruit salad was fresh & delicious. I requested it be well done & it was. My husband’s eggs & sausage were also exactly as he ordered. Here for the next three days & looking forward to another great breakfast tomorrow.

Loved my stay here! This was a last minute reservation after a bad Airbnb incident. JAKE was AMAZINGGG!! He took care of everything and was so extremely helpful with my booking. The hotel was great overall. Nice, big, clean rooms and a great breakfast service, made fresh to order. Definitely will come back to stay if I visit the area again ?

I really liked this hotel. My wife and I stayed for two nights in a King room. The room was cozy, clean, and bright. I really liked the blackout curtains. The area is very quiet. The bathroom is also nice. There was a small selection of dishes for breakfast, but they were very tasty. There is also a good store nearby where you can buy anything you need. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee maker in the room. Although it was new, it didn't work properly. The first time I used it, it spilled coffee everywhere, and the second time it only dispensed a couple of spoonfuls of coffee and then stopped. Also, I won't say it directly so as not to scare anyone who is very sensitive. But when a person goes to the toilet, they can leave some traces behind. It would be good to have a tool on hand to quickly remove these traces. There were no problems with parking. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I did a 4 day stay here recently. I will say this hotel is very clean. The staff is nice from my observation. I felt very safe at the location, there is ample parking and a grocery store right across the street. If you want to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Portland this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean, relaxed, safe experience and want to drive or ride share downtown then this is a good option. Overall I would say my stay was a 4.2 out of 5. Very nice hotel

I’m a big fan of the EVEN Hotel in Eugene, so I decided to try this location during my last work trip. The hotel is new, clean, and very comfortable. While the gym isn’t as large or comprehensive as the Eugene property, it does offer modern, functional weights and cardio machines that meet basic workout needs. My biggest issue was the poor cell service—both inside the building and in the surrounding area. I’d strongly recommend the hotel consider adding a cell signal booster or enhancing internet connectivity to improve the experience for guests who rely on mobile service for work.

Very nice brand new hotel that isn't super far from downtown. I liked the hotel but i'm giving 3 stars because I stayed for four nights and my room was only cleaned once. The trash was never collected and I got ants in my room, and it was an issue until I checked out. I had to request my room to be cleaned which wasn't the policy. Secondly, I extended my stay but my room wasn't automatically transferred so I return to the front desk to remind them to do it. I tried to call from my room but was put on hold and got no answer.
