So far very happy with our room. Clean,smells nice and quality soap. Love that it has a mini kitchen. Lady at front desk is so nice and welcoming. Very helpful. The breakfast area looks very nice.

I've been staying at this location for many months, off and on, over the past two years for work projects. My feelings are mixed to be honest. The staff are extremely friendly and will help if they can, if they are prompted. The place is mostly clean and tidy and it doesn't have a powerful odor like other long-term pet-friendly businesses. I must say though, there are difficulties here. The complimentary dinners Monday-Wednesday are a nice touch, but the food is not very filling, nor nutritious. Oftentimes things like coffee, creamer, stirring sticks, syrup, ice in the soda machine, etc has run out and it may take days for them to resupply. I also found that there wasn't much hot water for a hotel this size. Showers are short and will mostly get cool too soon. My biggest complaint, however, is regarding the WiFi. The wireless internet is absolute garbage and drops your signal, requiring you to sign in very frequently. Streaming ability is non-existent. If I want to watch Netflix or something else, I have to use my own cellular data. For a long term solo stay, that is a very large problem. This location is my home-away-from-home, but there are things I'm not overly pleased with.

The front desk staff on the night of December 31st was amazing and very accommodating. 5-star service! The rooms were super clean as well.

We needed a place to stay for about a month while the floors in our home were being replaced. Jesus and his staff were wonderful! If something needed attention they were right on it and the housekeeping was great. Breakfast was a great bonus as were the laundry facilities available for registered guests. All the areas were clean and well maintained. The entire staff were friendly and engaging, the housekeepers, breakfast cooks, front desk etc. Thank you so much.

We got the two bedroom with full kitchen and stayed from Friday to Sunday. The room was clean and both people we met at the front desk were very helpful! Breakfast was good, not crappy like other hotels trying to cut corners by serving low quality breakfast foods. We brought our small dog and thankful that this place accommodates trained courteous pets and pet owners. ? So glad we found this place, it's better priced than Airbnb, if you need two bedrooms. Will definitely come back.

Awsome staff, very nice people to interact with. The hotel is very nice. I loved my room. It was soooo comfortable, soo nice. I was ready to move in.

The room was great, breakfast was decent, but wifi is very slow. I'm only getting 10-15Mbps continuously, which makes it hard to watch videos or share photos. Also the printer in the business center does not work.

I arrived early evening and was greeted warmly. Check in was quick and easy. The desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. In the morning, the AGM was there and was chatting up all of the guests. Another very friendly person. The breakfast and social attendants kept the food hot and fresh and the libations flowing. At checkout the general manager, Jesus, helped me. He was extremely helpful and again, friendly and understanding to my situation. Overall, an excellent experience and I would stay here again.

Our 1 bedroom queen suite was perfect for our family of two adults and 3 kids. Beautiful property, everything you need for the kitchen is supplied, the pool area was clean and water temp was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. Lots of options for finicky eaters. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a safe and clean residential area. We stayed with our dog, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was not bad, and it felt safe to take walks with our dog in the neighborhood.
