My insurance company booked a month long reservation here while our home was being repaired. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. One week into the stay, hotel decided to sell my room even though it was booked for a month. Staybridge said they best they could do was put us in a much smaller room and move us back in the day after. 1 time is bad enough, but then today the door key doesn't work when trying to enter again. Much to my surprise they again said we would be moved to a smaller room because someone else booked it. If you like packing up your wife and 2 dogs and moving multiple times after 12 hour day at work this is the place to stay.

If I was to give some suggestions , it would be to get a magnet for when housekeeping / cleaning is needed or even another for just needing fresh towels. The other big thing that I wanted to mention is to please make sure that all the amenities and aspects of breakfast are reviewed. Pancakes or waffles aren't really that great with empty/no syrup. However, it was better than average. For some people, breakfast is pretty important. So, I just wanted to mention this as I picked this chain of hotels for the breakfast. The good stuff: Personally, one of the best hotels I've stayed at-- if you are self-service oriented. They are really good at giving people their space. I left a key inside my room and they quickly generated a replica key. Very clean! The beds were so comfortable, great pillows. Fancy, as it felt 4-star hotel grade and even says 4 star on Google... However, it needs to simply improve small things like breakfast consistency. Staff was impeccable. Zero issues with front desk or cleabwea and I'm grateful I stayed. When booking: Make sure to book direct with them. Some third party charged me extra fees when it looked like the hotels website.

Was in town for graduation and needed a place to call home for a few days. I am a frequent user of hotels under the IHG umbrella as they have always been good to us. Booked a room here and was not disappointed. At check-in there was a decent line and the customer in front of me was checking in to four rooms so the process took a little bit longer than usual but the desk clerk handled it perfectly. He kept everybody smiling and communicated well. After check in we went to the room and I was impressed at what the room had to offer given the price, and it was spotless. The entire place was quiet and every need we had was immediately attended to. Breakfast was good and there was always coffee available throughout the day for the guests. We had other family members in the hotel who loved it as well. We spent the weekend and will definitely stay again when we come back. Highly recommend.

Very nice the service the attendants were awesome! The only thing the actual manager wasn't very friendly... He walked in during a time I was trying to leave a compliment for housekeeping he didn't care nor attempt 2come back N receive the compliment. I'm a blk woman maybe tht had something 2do with it ... For that reason I won't stay here again. Management can't take 60 seconds to acknowledge staff n customers. I'll take my $ to a business that at the least acknowledges me N their staff

5/5 stars!!! It was my first time staying here and it did not dissapoint. The staff is super friendly and welcoming from the moment you check in up until the end. Free parking, free breakfast, AND free washer and dryer to use! Everything was clean. I had a excellent stay here and will stay again!

Nice clean hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. The noise was pretty bad in the room from other rooms and the hall. If you aren't sensitive to noise then it's a really nice hotel.

This hotel is just one Jacuzzi short of perfect! I mean… how do you not have a Jacuzzi in cold Oregon?! And no in-room hot tubs either! But honestly, everything else was exceptional — especially at such a great price. The cleanliness, the spacious rooms, the bathroom, the kitchenette (even had a dishwasher!), plus free laundry and a really solid breakfast. Huge shoutout to the night staff for their outstanding customer service. Patrick at the front desk was amazing, and according to my nephew, Gloria in the kitchen/breakfast area as well, my nephew says Patrick is the GOAT! If they add a Jacuzzi, this place would be unbeatable. Highly recommend!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. We received very professional service at the front desk from Mr. Patrick, who is very professional and attentive. We received very helpful service. The rooms are clean, and we received room cleaning service from Mrs. Ruby. The entire cleaning staff is very attentive and helpful. The pool is clean. The towels are clean, and the breakfast staff always keeps everything clean and tidy. Congratulations to your very professional cleaning staff.

Gotta say, as someone who was a flight attendant for the longest time, I’ve seen some crazy hotels while working for both Delta Air Lines and United Airlines, now having a family and doing these travels and reviews… this was a last minute decision and was having issues finding a spot on the coast. It was only an hours drive from Tillamook, but they were so kind, gave us a late check out especially due a late check in! But they were great up front! They seemed happy to work with us, and we were almost debating on staying again! Great job guys! You guys were awesome!

Rooms are bright. Curtains don't keep the light out, plus the light switch is a night light. Terrible for people who enjoy a dark room. Breakfast was better than most.
