I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed each stay. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I'm the king of forgetting little things and they have this drawer that seems to have everything you've forgotten, lol. Their breakfasts are pretty good, but would be amazing with some biscuits and gravy... hint hint. This is my home away from home when I'm in town.

Rooms were nice enough, but for the price I was disappointed. I shouldn’t have to open a garabage bag and put it in the bin, thats staffs job not mine. The pillows are so hard and flat and made it so uncomfortable. All four of them were. The hot water never got hot either, Its not nice taking a lukewarm shower. Won’t come again.

Clean rooms, very quiet, nice staff. My only complaint is $12 for parking a night is excessive, and we weren't told until check in. Its not like we are in downtown with limited parking. We are in a area with restaurants and stores and not a high demand for parking.

By the check out day there was someone named Lolya and she helped a lot Kind and respectful staff The woman that worked on the breakfast and kitchen was very kind to me and my kids- she named Dona Breakfast was very basic Facilities in the photos

Rooms are comfy and clean, the breakfast is great!! The staff is great, always happy to help! The pool area is clean. The hot tub jets could use a little power and the temperature could be a little hotter, but we very much enjoyed our 2 night stay with 2 little ones. They loved their sofa bed... they didnt want to leave!!!!?

I’m a frequent business traveler to this hotel. Would like to thank the great customer service at the front desk today. My first room had a moldy smell, and he was kind to move me. The second one was stronger of smell. With complete courtesy, he moved me again to a room that had no smell issues. I often stay in this hotel due to the favorable location and good breakfast. I was grateful for the staff today.

Front desk staff was friendly. However when we got to our room there was hair on our towels and in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We also found a used condom wrapper in the couch while trying to set up the pull out bed. We informed the front desk but they had no cleaning staff on duty and it was the last “clean room” for the night so they could switch our rooms. They gave us points towards or next stay. The room was obviously only surface cleaned and not actually clean. Will probably not be staying again.

It's a normal hotel with a giant 24-hour grocery store (Winco) right next to it. And the stuff at Winco isn't overpriced either. That's super awesome and something I've always wanted in a hotel when I vacation. I live locally, I've never stayed at this hotel, but I've seen it from outside many times. It's a great location. The hotel would have to be pretty terrible on the inside to erode my 5 star rating which is entirely based on it's location.

This place is garbage we arrived got into our room. Looked into the shower noticed there was black mold in the shower not very clean. We decided to check the pool went down to the pool. Noticed that the pool had scum on the bottom and my wife was in the hot tub. She told me to come in there, so I went in there, and the hot tub was full of scum. I was in the hot tub for about two minutes before we decided. We were going to change hotels. I started to feel sick. My throat started to swell up. We talked to the manager A full refund now they are battling us for the first night, even though we were only there for I would not recommend this place. We stay many places throughout the year. We have never seen a pool or hot tub. Look this disgusting ever if I could give it to -5 stars I would give it a -5 stars
