Traveling with two small kids. Room was dirty upon arrival (Dirty floors, dishes in dishwasher, toaster crumbs in cabinet). Towel hooks in the bathroom were peeling the plaster off the wall. Wi-Fi was down for the entire time, as such we were unable to stream anything onto the TV's. They use a third-party parking attendant. I paid for 3 days of parking, but ended up getting a parking ticket my first night there because they dont know the difference between an Oregon plate (We have the Bee plates) and a California plate (Which they claimed we had) When I asked for the contact information of the attendant, I was told that they couldn't give it, but that a manager would reach out to them, then let us know. I never heard from anyone about it.

For our three-night stay in the Portland area we had decided to not rent a car, and the close proximity of this hotel to the Beaverton Central station on the Red Line made access from PDX ultra simple. It also is close to the wedding venue we attended, hence our choice of the general Beaverton area. The room was serene and well-designed as well as super comfortable. From an ADA-accessibility point-of-view, the hotel gets high marks. Breakfast is delightful. Shoutout to front desk manager Peter for smooth check-in/orientation and his gracious hosting and salutations during our comings and goings, as well as all other staff. The neighborhood has gems in all directions reachable on foot, so explore!.

The room was cozy and felt like a home. The fridge is very small, think beer fridge. Not really a good fridge for longer stays, which seems weird to me that you get a nice kitchen to cook spaghetti dinner and a small fridge. I have stayed in alot of extended stay hotels and it is typically a regular size fridge. Parking is very limited unless you want to pay $35 a day to hotel or $15 a day for parking garage one street over. Make sure you unload suitcases first before parking. There is a great location just over the tracks with about 10-15 food trucks!

Hotel is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Good location in Beaverton. Breakfast was better than expected - always a plus! One less star because of parking (aren’t enough spots for all guests and it was more expensive than I would have expected for a suburb at $35/night). Bar was closed on a Saturday night, which was disappointing. Overall a very good stay and I would come back.

We checked in late the Friday before a holiday. The worker was so incredibly nice! She got us a nice room upgrade and welcomed us. Breakfast was okay in the morning, we aren't morning people so I think we missed out getting there close to the "closing time" for it. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Amenities were great. Highly recommend a stay here!

This Hyatt house was terrible. The front desk told me all parking was taken, only street parking was available. In the morning, breakfast was out, and the rude lady refused to make any since there were “only” 30 minutes left. She also complained about too many guests. Many guests leave with nothing!

If you are a dog owner — avoid this place!!! They charge an extremely high pet fee $100. They claim they do a deep cleaning after every pet stay, but that’s clearly not true. Completely disappointed.

Rooms are incredibly small for the price and the area. They’ll hit you with a surprise $40 for parking per night, which is INSANE for a literal suburb. I would never come back. Girl at the desk was very nice.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet and extremely clean, with friendly staff. The bathroom was modern and spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the blackout shades were a great bonus. The whole room felt perfect and so clean. The only downside was the parking situation — paying $35 to park at the hotel or having to walk down the street from a nearby parking garage was an awful setup!! Otherwise, a great stay. Also wish there was complimentary coffee:/

Spent one night at this location. If you want to be near the Beaverton activity, this is a good location and you can easily reach it via the MAX. Parking immediately outside the hotel is restricted during certain hours M-F and there is very limited paid parking available on the property. The hotel appears to be fairly new. Everything was clean and in good condition. The included breakfast was a nice option if you don't want to go out. Food carts are only a short walk away, but hours and what is open can be variable.
