Breakfast isn’t included and costs extra, but it’s not significantly different from the free breakfast offered at many other hotels. I’m still giving this hotel five stars because the facilities are exceptionally well maintained. Everything is spotless, the property is beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, elegant, and welcoming.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was very clean, our room was neat and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the view from our room was disappointing, as it overlooked the rooftop. We also paid extra for breakfast, but the quality and selection did not quite meet our expectations. With a better view and a more satisfying breakfast experience, our stay would have been even more enjoyable

Check-out was at 12:00 p.m. At 11:30, I called the front desk to ask if I could extend my stay until 12:30 because I was in the middle of a Zoom meeting that was running a few minutes late, and my husband was returning to the hotel at 12:05 to help me with our luggage. Instead of a polite "Unfortunately, we're unable to because we're fully booked," the response was simply "No, we're full." I asked if I could at least remain in the room until housekeeping arrived. The reply was, quite bluntly, "No, you just need to be out of the room before they come." I travel frequently and have stayed in countless hotels, and I've never experienced housekeeping arriving exactly at the check-out time, on the dot. Hotels also have a limited number of housekeeping staff, so it's highly unlikely that every room is cleaned simultaneously. It would have cost nothing to let housekeeping start with another room and give us an extra 15 minutes or so. I had to leave my meeting early and informed the cleaning lady that I was about to close my bags and would be out shortly. Just nine minutes later, 1 minute before my husband got there t mo help with the bags, the phone in the room started ringing, urging us to leave. I understand that the hotel was busy, but check-in wasn't until 4:00 p.m, and this entire negative experience could have been avoided with just a little bit of flexibility and kindness, if the staff had made even a small effort. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer service left a very poor impression and left us very disappointed and stressed out. We won’t be returning.

We recently stayed at AC Marriott with our kids and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our family stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere felt while still being calm and elegant. The free parking was a huge bonus and made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. We also really enjoyed visiting the city of Beaverton. The area felt very clean, safe, and easy to get around, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel location made everything simple and accessible for our family. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend AC Marriott to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable hotel experience. We would happily stay here again!

Demetrius was an all star from the start - went above and beyond and was to kind and helpful. The honey for morning coffee in actual coffee cups (not just paper) was wonderful. The lavender scoop/bags and shower scents were top tier. All around this last minute booking exceeded expectations and we are very grateful for our time there. Thank you all!

The AC is a wonderful choice if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Beaverton. I have stayed here multiple times and am never disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and new with a comfortable lobby, great bar, well designed guest rooms and thoughtful touches (lavender sachels in the lobby)! There are water/ice water bottle refill stations on everyfloor. The front desk is helpful and welcoming. The bartenders are friendly. During this stay, there was no hot water one morning. I mentioned it to the front desk that evening and they mentioned it had been fixed. The next day I received a very kind note from the GM apologizing for the situation and offered a generous gesture of good will.

This hotel is exceptional—feels brand new, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and elevated by truly outstanding customer service. I was genuinely blown away when they remembered me from six months ago. That kind of personal touch speaks volumes. Laidlaw at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart—so warm and welcoming. And Angel… she is truly a gift. From the moment you arrive, she greets you with the kindest smile and the warmest energy. She’s patient, incredibly sweet, and genuinely attentive—never rushed, always fully present. You can feel the aloha spirit in everything she does. Highly recommend this hotel! A couple of hot tips: don’t miss the nightly lavender sachets placed across from the elevator—they’re such a thoughtful touch. In the morning, grab one of the shower steamers… they’re amazing and absolutely worth trying. Bonus: right across the way is Market Choice, which has an incredible wine and liquor selection plus a bar. It may seem random, but it makes for a fantastic happy hour with outstanding service. Mark was amazing—such a genuine human. Loved every bit of the experience!

We had the most amazing stay here. We wanted to surprise our daughter with a nice place to stay with an indoor pool after her 3 month check up at Dornbechers. They were extremely friendly, super clean and just over all made you feel so welcomed. There was not a time where we went down to the front desk and someone was not smiling happy and asking what they can do. Upon our departure the front desk gentleman pulled me aside and wished nothing but the best for our daughter and if there's anything they can do to make the experience better to let him know. I started to cry lol. We will be saving up money for her next 3 month scan so we can stay there again. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!!

OMG the best customer service and the hotel was very nice and clean. Outside of 1 front desk associate everyone spoke and acknowledge us every time they seen us. Housekeeping also very nice and professional, Phouc was our housekeeper and she was WONDERFUL! We really enjoyed her and her services. Definitely stay here for a pleasant stay.

Inviting interior, Clean rooms, comfortable bed, showers with decent pressure, most of all incredibly thoughtful service. It’s our family’s go to for sporting event stays whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend.
