This hotel is exceptional—feels brand new, impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and elevated by truly outstanding customer service. I was genuinely blown away when they remembered me from six months ago. That kind of personal touch speaks volumes. Laidlaw at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart—so warm and welcoming. And Angel… she is truly a gift. From the moment you arrive, she greets you with the kindest smile and the warmest energy. She’s patient, incredibly sweet, and genuinely attentive—never rushed, always fully present. You can feel the aloha spirit in everything she does. Highly recommend this hotel! A couple of hot tips: don’t miss the nightly lavender sachets placed across from the elevator—they’re such a thoughtful touch. In the morning, grab one of the shower steamers… they’re amazing and absolutely worth trying. Bonus: right across the way is Market Choice, which has an incredible wine and liquor selection plus a bar. It may seem random, but it makes for a fantastic happy hour with outstanding service. Mark was amazing—such a genuine human. Loved every bit of the experience!

We had the most amazing stay here. We wanted to surprise our daughter with a nice place to stay with an indoor pool after her 3 month check up at Dornbechers. They were extremely friendly, super clean and just over all made you feel so welcomed. There was not a time where we went down to the front desk and someone was not smiling happy and asking what they can do. Upon our departure the front desk gentleman pulled me aside and wished nothing but the best for our daughter and if there's anything they can do to make the experience better to let him know. I started to cry lol. We will be saving up money for her next 3 month scan so we can stay there again. Thank you to the wonderful staff!!!

OMG the best customer service and the hotel was very nice and clean. Outside of 1 front desk associate everyone spoke and acknowledge us every time they seen us. Housekeeping also very nice and professional, Phouc was our housekeeper and she was WONDERFUL! We really enjoyed her and her services. Definitely stay here for a pleasant stay.

Inviting interior, Clean rooms, comfortable bed, showers with decent pressure, most of all incredibly thoughtful service. It’s our family’s go to for sporting event stays whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

What a lovely experience! Clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. The only thing that would put it over the top would be a hot tub,but the pool was great, the staff was great and all around perfect experience!

Yep, nice bar to hangout in, they could dim the lights a little during cocktail hours...hotel looked great we did not have a room but the decor has to be as good in the rooms as it is in the bar/lobby we will return!

This is an older, cheaper brand that has been "upgraded" to an AC hotel. So this means thin walls and uncomfortable beds, but updated design and fixtures. I hate hate hate the auto light switch in the bathroom: you can't turn it off. If I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, I don't want massive bright lights in my eyes. This is a polished t u r d and IMO not a real AC Hotel

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Portland Beaverton and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The lobby and common areas are sleek and welcoming, with plenty of spaces to sit, relax, or catch up on some work. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a minimalist European feel—clean lines, comfortable beds, and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the quality linens, ample outlets for charging devices, and a well-organized workspace. Everything felt spotless and fresh, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Service at the hotel was professional and friendly. The staff at the front desk were attentive, helpful with local recommendations, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The bar and lounge area was also a highlight, offering craft cocktails and small plates that made for a great way to wind down in the evening. The location is another plus. Being in Beaverton, it’s close to shops, dining, and just a short drive into downtown Portland, making it convenient for both business and leisure. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It strikes the perfect balance of comfort, style, and great service.

I am gold elite member. I have stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels including AC Hotels which I never had any issue with but this one is definitely the worst Marriott hotel I have stayed at. From the minute I walked in, the front desk person was not welcoming and so unhelpful. I went to order food and a drink at the bar and the service wasn't any better. I decided at the end not to order anything and go back to my room. This is our first night ever in Portland and this hotel already killed our excitement. SMH

The hotel has a sleek, European feel that’s both modern and welcoming. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast is truly worth mentioning—just $15 gets you a quality buffet plus one made-to-order item from the menu. The food was delicious, especially for a hotel, and felt like a great value. The location is perfect for getting around, and having free parking is a huge plus in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!
